I usually get about 1 bar in parts of the house (no reception at all in basement, where I have an office), but it's not very reliable at home and that annoys me. On the road, in the general area, it's "okay", though rarely do I get all the bars. I'll probably be switching to Alltell. I hear they're the best for this area. Will post a review when I try 'em out!Was this review helpful to you?
I have had Verizon wireless since 1998. Back then the reception and customer service was great. Now in 2006 it is quite a different story. I work for a private ambulance service, so I get to see 4 of the Northern Ohio counties(Cuyahoga, Lake, Ashtabula, and Lorain). About a half of the time the phone will not work. This is true of all 4 handsets we have in the family share plan. Dropped calls, phone not ringing, or just no signal. To top it off you go to the North Olmsted Ohio store to apply for an employee discount I never knew I was eligible for and get to see 2 reps fight over policies pertaining to my contract date. When I call the main office to sort it out they tell me that the store reps are "not always properly trained" and to call the main office for help. Can't wait for March to leave this joke. Alltel looks alot better to me.Was this review helpful to you?
Alltel reception is great at my house - previously could not get any reception on T-Mobile. Same in Brecksville at Rt. 21 and Miller Rd. - very poor with T-Mobile - great with Alltel. Was this review helpful to you?
Very inconsistent, many dropped calls and very poor sound quality inside. Outside is Ok but only on a street corners or in the middle of trafficWas this review helpful to you?
nothing inside, one bar or two outside. This is a "great" coverage area on the T-Mobile mapWas this review helpful to you?
I have an apt. with many windows and can't live much closer to the heart of downtown Cleveland yet my reception is so inconsistent. Roughly once a week I won't receive voicemails or text messages for about 24 hours and then I'll get them all at once. Cingular telephone support could offer no help whatsoever. I'll probably end up switching carriers and getting screwed with an early termination fee... .Was this review helpful to you?
Just switched from Verison to T-Mobile. No signal at my home. With Verizon had no problem in house, basement garage. I was told the twer was down and wiul be repaired. Three days later, called sales person and takin T-Mobile back. I had no problem with Verizon so Motorola Q should be just fine. Was this review helpful to you?
Verizon works well from Cleveland to Ashtabula to Lorain. Previously had Sprint... king of the "dropped" calls! Was this review helpful to you?
I am judt northeast of Tiedeman / Biddulph and reception sucks. Incoming calls are dumped into my voicemail even when I am not even using the stupid phone. Hey dummy cingula r(note the lower case "c") it is time to put in a tower or buy space off an existing towerWas this review helpful to you?
No signal inside apartment. Some signal on Balcony but fluctuates a lot leading to a lot of dropped callsWas this review helpful to you?
