Constantly missing texts, not sending texts, calls won't go thru, calls dropped. Lots of complaints to company, always told they are working on it. Frustrating. I'm getting a new carrier.

Verizon coverage is terrible. I have not finished a call on my iPhone in the 6 months. They relented and gave the neighbors a booster, but act stupid when I ask for one. Contracts are soon to be up and I'm moving on.

T-Mobile had to send me a booster signal unit to amplify the signal in my house. Everyone of my neighbors has to go outside to get a better reception when making a call. The city of Westlake is aware that a cell tower is needed in the area. It was mentioned in our local Westlife newspaper.

Excellent TMOBILE service! Always great reception, never have dropped calls, 5 bars at all times with our old phones and Galaxy S4 and S5 phones! Now, with everything unlimited, 2 lines for $100, I could write an ad for TMOBILE! Excellent!

Awful. One bar, maybe two if I sit in my front room. Pandora and iHeart radio barely work on walks. Often have to restart the apps when they buffer. And no making phone calls either.

Signal is poor, I usually have to be next to a Window to get reception. The price a month ain't to bad compared to Verizon's $130 a month and no unlimited anything anymore. With T-Mobile I try to listen to Pandora but I can't walk around the house and do things while listening to music which is annoying cause I have to keep the phone by a Window instead of being able to keep my phone in my pocket so I don't have to keep picking up my phone and loosing signal between windows or basement.

I have the iPhone 5, service switches from 1x to 3g to LTE and at this moment its in 3g. Horrible speed on internet, you tube forget it, can't even watch that, can't do anything on my phone smoothly, its a struggle to anything on phone cause the coverage is just awful.. Sprint are you not tired of lying and ripping your loyal customer off? Come on!
