Sure, the price is right but only if you get what is promised in your "deal." About a year ago I received notice that Sprint would be deploying 4G to my area soon! That's great except it never happened and I'm still waiting a year later. Instead I barely even get 3G, and depending on where I am I don't even get cell reception. As a BONUS, I also live half of my year in the Cincinnati area, and the cell reception is just as spotty there. So in two of the top 3 biggest cities in Ohio, neither of them have 4G or a sustainable reception? Sprint needs to get their act together. The only thing they have going for them is the price.

I have no problems making phone calls, but its impossible to do anything else, like google maps, stream music or search the web downtown. I will switch soon because I pay for a smart phone, and cant use any of the capabilities.

They have very nice customer service but if it didnt take and he a call it would be better. They also tell you steps their taking to check the coverage and never even put it into the computer. Not happy with them. I switched from Verizon to Sprint because of price and coverage issues, they promised 4g by the end of 2013 and were running out of time, not any better. Is the a company that works in parma ?

Avoid Sprint in Broadview Hts and many places in CLE. I get almost no voice signal and no data from my home. Also know that Sprint shares it's network to Virgin Mobile and others.

Had Sprint--could not even activate the phone! Barely voice and no data. Verizon is much better. Good call signal and data is respectable ~6M / 1.5M down / up.

Cleveland basically rendered my T-Mobile service useless. I was able to get service sporadically, but for the most part my phone was unable to connect. As a result, my phone battery constantly needed to be recharged (multiple times per day) and was hot to the touch. T-Mobile is a good service just about everywhere else I have visited, but is truly lacking in Cleveland, OH. I plan on switching services immediately.

Sprint is the worse I drop calls home, work, at the hospital. then they sent me an Airwave to get service in home. Works when it wants. Sent me to Apple and I had to pay $200 per phone. The worse service ever. Sprint doesn't have 4G that's false advertisement. Now they agree to finally let me out my contract, if I send them the phone. Duh! Didn't I really pay for the cancellation when I had to pay Apple. Sprint is a rip off and a racist. Don't ever GO to Sprint the lowest of the lows
