I live in the Tremont neighborhood and recently switched to Virgin Mobile, which uses Sprint towers. I get virtually no reception at home and the same anywhere downtown. I can make calls and text, but I cannot receive calls... they roll right over to my voicemail. Once I get away from downtown the phone works fine. I've called Virgin Mobile several times and they keep telling me they show "no outages in the area" and cannot figure out why I am having a problem. I'm tired of this issue, I would like to GET phone calls... that's why I bought it... and will be switching ASAP.

Missing calls, suddenly get voicemails even though phone never rang... . all of this while having the supplied cell-fi signal booster... also no matter where I travel I find myself with extremely poor service at best. If not for WIFI calling and stopping at McDonalds all the time to use WIFI, I would basically have no phone at all on the road.

Just moved to the area and T-Mobile has been horrible,(service and customer service)they haven't tried to help us resolve the issue of not being able to use our phones here. Lucky for us we signed a two year contract $%$*&! J U N K!

I used to have great reception in this same location(my home). But around the same time a new GIant Eagle went in down the street on RT. 82 I lost signal. Now I only have 1 bar or "searching... " in my home. I am home a lot with my kids and it is definitely frustrating.

I never get good reception at home. For business, this is no good. Call often drop or fade in and out. At time the phone will not ring but a caller will go right into voice-mail. I also noticed a change for the worse in August 2010.

Seeing that I use Virgin Mobile and they use the Sprint towers this service sucks in my area. Not only that but all cell phones suck in this area. Why? I dont know, but I wish they would do something about it. Works fine in Downtown cleveland,other places I get maybe 3-4 bars,but it constantly goes up and down.

I have dropped calls.If you can get reception in your house you can not move or your call will drop. Text messages almost never get sent.If you call in the car it takes about 1the street block before it starts to ring. Work in downtown cleveland and also have bad reception. Called verzion and have gone to there store for help just get told they need more towers. My neighbors have the same problem with verzion in the area.In our house we have 4 different verzion phone s with the same problem.
