Verizon

Have had Verizon service for 8 years and have rarely had any problems. Now suddenly it drops calls, static, and poor reception at home. Have been to Verizon store multiple times, worked with tech support, the whole nine yards. No resolve, no reasonable answer, and have gotten apologies. I need my service fixed. Asked them to send me a booster, but they wanted me to pay for it. Hugely disappointed. Looks like I’ll be transferring to another service provider.

Never more than 2 bars and basic functions like sending messages or searching google super slow

I can poor reception outside the building, always roaming when I'm inside. I set up Apple Car Play and Android Auto in cars and can always tell the Sprint phone from other brands. The coverage is horrible. I've been complaining for years about the coverage on the western side of North Olmsted.

1-2 bars of LTE but no connection constantly. Everything says, "No internet connection" all day

Verizon’s coverage in these areas is horrendous at best. I work in this area and need service to pull prints. God damn lucky if that happens

In Lakewood and Cleveland tMobile works fantastic. No complaints at all.

I have pretty good service with T-Mobile in North Olmsted, then I found a new service called SimpleMobile using the same exact T-Mobile towers at about half the cost for totally unlimited data, no caps, no bs. I used my exiting phone and number, just bought a new sim and that's it. You can find a local dealer by googling "procom 44070".

I originally switched to ATT when I got ‘No Service’ from Verizon while living in Olmsted Twp(same zip code as now). I basically live in the Metroparks, trees surround the house, over a rock base that ends at the river. Reception is perfect, speeds are great. Cable service with ATT was the exact opposite! So be aware.

If you rely solely on a cell phone, no land line, it was not effective. Many instances of No Service. I switched carriers within the 2 week FREE trial time, and still had fees. I also purchased the roaming hot spot. This also had the No Service issues. I kept it 2 feet from the street facing 3’ x 4’ window.

Cracks me up while reading all the complaints. Hello!? "Wire-less" means no wires, so of course it's not going to be perfect in every nook and cranny, but overall T-Mobile is cheap and data rates are literally twice as fast all the other higher prices carriers. It also helps using a newer device which support newer bands (bands 46, 66, 71). So stop being a cheapskate, get on Ebay and grab yourself a nice Samsung S9 / S10 then come back and revise your reviews. ;)
