Verizon

Calls frequently drop, reception is terrible with Verizon. Even going outside my house does not help. Had better reception with AT&T.

Top of a hill, one of the highest points in the city and reception is totally inconsistent. Some days full bars and instantaneous response from Chrome but most times it is slow as molasses and signal drops out unless on the second floor of the house. Come on Sprint, get it together.

I've had Samsung Galaxy S3 and now Galaxy S5 run on the Sprint network, and data and voice are terrible 24 / 7. I live in Lakewood Ohio, which is one of the three largest population suburbs in the state. Sprint rolled out 4G approximately a year ago, and 3G, 1 bar is the norm on my GS5. I almost never see 4G. Goodbye Sprint.

NO SPRINT ZONE! My daughter recently moved on Hickory Branch in Strongsville, Ohio and I have absolutely no Sprint reception while I am there! Not only an inconvenience, but when babysitting I have no way of dialing out! May I add that Verizon has absolutely no reception issues in that area! What gives??! September 1, 2015

I had Verizon and switched to Sprint after a third party vendor sold me a bad phone and instead of replacing it free of charge dragged out the complaint by "rebuilding it" until we hit the 30 day window and then they used my insurance to replace it leaving me with no insurance coverage for the next year. And of course 6 months later I dropped my phone and the screen broke. Verizon wanted $600 to replace it. I switched to Sprint and so did my son. We saved $200 a month doing so. At Sprint I don't have to worry about taking out a personal loan to replace a phone if something happens, the insurance is about the same price, the phones are less expensive (about $400 on average), the monthly plan is less expensive, and the service has been great--no connection issues; no billing issues. At Verizon I wanted to go back to owning a flip phone just to avoid the financial risks associated with owning a smart phone (referring to the replacement costs); I even asked to change to a flip phone but they told me I had to have the data line because I had an IPAD. Funny thing is during the conversion to Sprint the IPAD got left on at Verizon and I no longer had two data plans so this two was a little shady. Bottom line, if you don't have to travel to some isolated area go with Sprint. If you have to drive across the desert go with AT&T. If you have business in an area outside Sprint's coverage area go with Verizon but if you do business with either AT&T or Verizon make sure you have $600-$1,000 saved in case anything happens to your phone!

Do not get t-mobile. They make things seem easy and guaranteed until something goes wrong within their system, where they then want you to pay for their mistakes! I have been a T-Mobile customer for the last 2 years and paid them more than 300 dollars a month for my three lines. I had their jump upgrade program and attempted to use it to get the iphone 6 plus that I have now, upgrading from the 5c. The upgrade they performed in november was not recorded as a jump plan, so they continued to bill me for a phone that I didnt have, on top of my other lines. Come may of the followinng year, I found this out, so I called to have the issue resolved when I was told itd be taken care of and id be credited back for the money that I've spent on a phone that I didnt have. when I recieved my june, t was half of what it usually is and I was told the problem was solved. July I paid my bill as usual. Now it is august, and I have a mysterious 200 dollar charge on top of my normal bill. I called to ask what this was and they are telling me it was a fault within their system when they credited my bill, the credit shouldve went to my "account." So they are saying I have to pay this amount or they will shut off my service. when I ask to speak to a manager, I am placed on hold and transfered to another colleague. Im sick of their run around and want nothing to do with them any longer. And when I tell them this, they threaten to bill me for all the phones on my plan, even if I ship them back to them. This is ridiculous. They want me to pay for their mistake!
