Constantly missing texts, not sending texts, calls won't go thru, calls dropped. Lots of complaints to company, always told they are working on it. Frustrating. I'm getting a new carrier.

Signal is poor, I usually have to be next to a Window to get reception. The price a month ain't to bad compared to Verizon's $130 a month and no unlimited anything anymore. With T-Mobile I try to listen to Pandora but I can't walk around the house and do things while listening to music which is annoying cause I have to keep the phone by a Window instead of being able to keep my phone in my pocket so I don't have to keep picking up my phone and loosing signal between windows or basement.

I have the iPhone 5, service switches from 1x to 3g to LTE and at this moment its in 3g. Horrible speed on internet, you tube forget it, can't even watch that, can't do anything on my phone smoothly, its a struggle to anything on phone cause the coverage is just awful.. Sprint are you not tired of lying and ripping your loyal customer off? Come on!

We switched from T-Mobile due to lack of appropriate technical support and Hot Spot issues. I assured my boss that my AT&T reception while at work was never an issue. I am sad to say that our ATT office phone is dropping too many calls and having issues making outbound calls.

Signal quality has dropped a lot during 2014. Now in September the phone is always going to Roaming and no calls are received. Outside is not much better. You need to hold the phone just right to make calls. Previously it worked quite well.

My AT&T reception is excellent everywhere in the greater Cleveland / Cuyahoga County area, but they are so darn EXPENSIVE.

Seems to work better than previous carriers in my house (T-Mobile and AT&T), but I still cannot use the phone in my kitchen or back bedroom... essentially have to stay in living room where there are a lot of windows... .Best of the worst thus far, I guess

Can't take or make calls anymore. Takes forever for a text to go through and forget about mms as it could take an hour. When I'm lucky enough to make a call all it does is break up. I have a newer phone... Samsung. Galaxy 4 and it is ridiculous they want me to buy an extender for $250. I have been a customer of Verizon's for years but my girlfriend and I are about to switch providers. Unacceptable!

Calls drop. I have to wander my house in search of signal. Phone doesn't ring, calls go to voice mail and I get message sometimes two days later!
