Avoid Sprint in Broadview Hts and many places in CLE. I get almost no voice signal and no data from my home. Also know that Sprint shares it's network to Virgin Mobile and others.

Had Sprint--could not even activate the phone! Barely voice and no data. Verizon is much better. Good call signal and data is respectable ~6M / 1.5M down / up.

Since switching to Sprint, I've had little to no reception in and outside of my home. Many times my phone (Samsung Galaxy S3) will switch to roaming even though I update my PRL regularly as I was instructed by Sprint customer service. North Olmsted should be a focal area for good reception towers as it has a mall with Sprint stores and maby other business and residential areas. Beginning to thing the transition from Verizon was a mistake even though Verizon didn't hold true to phone warranty

Cleveland basically rendered my T-Mobile service useless. I was able to get service sporadically, but for the most part my phone was unable to connect. As a result, my phone battery constantly needed to be recharged (multiple times per day) and was hot to the touch. T-Mobile is a good service just about everywhere else I have visited, but is truly lacking in Cleveland, OH. I plan on switching services immediately.

Sprint is the worse I drop calls home, work, at the hospital. then they sent me an Airwave to get service in home. Works when it wants. Sent me to Apple and I had to pay $200 per phone. The worse service ever. Sprint doesn't have 4G that's false advertisement. Now they agree to finally let me out my contract, if I send them the phone. Duh! Didn't I really pay for the cancellation when I had to pay Apple. Sprint is a rip off and a racist. Don't ever GO to Sprint the lowest of the lows

I live in the Tremont neighborhood and recently switched to Virgin Mobile, which uses Sprint towers. I get virtually no reception at home and the same anywhere downtown. I can make calls and text, but I cannot receive calls... they roll right over to my voicemail. Once I get away from downtown the phone works fine. I've called Virgin Mobile several times and they keep telling me they show "no outages in the area" and cannot figure out why I am having a problem. I'm tired of this issue, I would like to GET phone calls... that's why I bought it... and will be switching ASAP.

Missing calls, suddenly get voicemails even though phone never rang... . all of this while having the supplied cell-fi signal booster... also no matter where I travel I find myself with extremely poor service at best. If not for WIFI calling and stopping at McDonalds all the time to use WIFI, I would basically have no phone at all on the road.
