Verizon is Indy's top network for cell phone service. I've had Sprint and T-Mobile, and neither compare to Verizon. Was this review helpful to you?
I switched from Verizon to Sprint. Huge mistake. Sprint is spotty service with usually only one bar throughout Indy. They were also dishonest about a promotion, and costumer service has been anything but helpful. I'm counting down the days until I can go back to Verizon. Was this review helpful to you?
Sprint is the worst. Literally every call I make gets dropped. Texts take an hour to go through. Going to art soon. Hope theyre betterWas this review helpful to you?
Been here a year, cell reception is horrible. After a few months of painful calls, I bought the MicroCell device to connect through cell signal and send through the internet. Helped, but still have dropped calls and it can't hand off the signal to or from tower, so every single time I am on a call and want to leave or enter my house, it drops. AT&T tech support is the standard non-helpful, read the answer off the screen call center. I'm SO ready to switch, but nobody else seems to have decent coverage in this area either. Was this review helpful to you?
At my work location, I rarely receive good coverage. Usually one or two bars of 4g, sometime lteWas this review helpful to you?
I have been with T-Mobile since 2003 never have a problem in the city, hitting the road you all know T-Mobile sucks cero data, I just move to a new location and some times I have cero reception even when they send me a signal booster it's been almost a year and they can't fix the problem I'm tired of paying almost $100 it's time to move on.Was this review helpful to you?
On the street driving the best I get is three bars (or dots, I have an iPhone six plus). On my porch or inside I literally get one dot or no signal. Just not a strong signal at all. Was researching what carrier to switch to, but it seems the all suck around here. Crap. Was this review helpful to you?
Started with Nextel in 2004, Sprint bought them and been with Sprint up till now. Almost no service even though there is a tower less than 2 miles. Stright line of site, etc, etc. Called about it, they offered (at my cost) a cell booster that plugs into our company Internet. Problems with is, not only do they want me to pay for it, but anyone else on Sprint can use it.. ergo, boggie down time. Sad, I use to love my service. Only reason I don't change, is the contract, when it's up, I will go look for something better. Was this review helpful to you?
I like Cricket because they are cheap for fairly good service. I live in Ohio and there it works just fine. I went with my dad in his semi and in Indiana and Illinois I cannot send text messages at all. I can go online but that's it. It works in St. Louis, Missouri also. I don't know why it is not working. I hope that they can fix this soon. Was this review helpful to you?
