Verizon
Verizon reception is excellent in Indianapolis everywhere I have been: Downtown, Speedway area, Keystone, etc. I also do not lose service anywhere when driving back and forth to Bloomington (which I also have mostly good recepetion in... it gets spottier on the south side of town). I go in to roam at one point while heading to Lafayette on I-65, but for 90% of the drive, I am covered. Service in Lafayette and West Lafaytte are also excellent. I highly recommend Verizon.

Sprint service is terrible, I can get weak signal on one side of the house only though Sprint assures me their coverage is wonderful and I'm in the middle of their signal area. Big attitude change by them after complaining, my problem and there's a drop fee. Will never use Sprint for anything again.

I have recently switched to Verizon from Nextel and couldn't be happier with the service. I work in Indy and travel all over the city. My Nextel used to lose signal all over but the Verizon seems to be much more reliable. I live in Plainfield and also maintain great signal strength here in town also. I used to lose my signal on I-70 near the airport with my Nextel but not anymore!

Works great, hardly / if ever have any problems customer care is awesome if you have any problems. I would never switch carriers.

No probs all over Indy within 10 miles around interstates, few dropped calls with much better quality.

Just west of Hwy 267 - well within the "covered area" and only a short distance from their tower. Cell phones are unusable with dropped calls, and missed calls. Sprint says all is well.

In most areas around Indy, I have perfect signal strength. Around 71st / Allisonville it drops some, but otherwise, no problems. Used phone downtown, in Broad Ripple, Carmel / Fishers, and in Greenfield, no problems.
