My bill is much higher than quoted, and offered rebates on iphone 11, that they I never received. Said it was due to misunderstanding or training. I have only one bar on my phone in Beech Grove, and cannot talk to anyone without multiple disconnections. I am paying for unlimited internet, in which I rarely use, and have slow or no connection and service.

Cell phone reception downtown is horrible. Consistently one bar.

I switched from Cricket to T-Mobile. I’m now rethinking this. Cricket service sucks in store and on phone. I’ve been with T-Mobile 3 weeks and have not been able to get good use from my phone. One bar in my house. They’ve sent a signal booster, new SIM card and sent me to an Apple store for a replacement still nothing. Not to mention the countless times I’ve had to call them for trouble shooting. They closed it with they’re working on 5g in my area and to bear with them until sometime in January once the upgrade is complete I should be at 4 bars. REALLY T-MOBILE?!

Been living here off Mendenhall and Camby road for 16 years. Been with AT&T since they were Cingular. I can see Indianapolis Buildings from my roof, yet it's like I live on the arctic circle, as far as AT&T service goes. One representative apologized and said I live just far enough from two of three towers to not get any meaningful service but, the one IS actually close enough for voice / text / spotty data but, the AT&T equipment on that tower is over 30 years old. Here's the problem... they sold me a thousand dollar LG V40, and LG doesn't even include that antique antenna's frequency in any of their new phones. In fact, the representative said, it's one of very in existence to still operate at that nearly obsolete band. AT&T has their greedy heads so far up their behinds that they won't update to a modern antenna on that tower, no matter how many complaints are made. Funny thing is, there are two other providers on that same tower, that rock the service right here in my house... anyone with Verizon that comes to my home gets full signal. EVERYONE but AT&T customers come's here and gets a solid data worthy signal. I'm seriously done with AT&T, after 20 + years. When you call to complain about it, you get to talk to some broken-english speaking eggroll overseas about something happening on Camby Road! Forget you att. you stink!

AT&T's reception is poor at best. Dropped calls, failed messages, and data? What's that? I have voicemails from AT&T that state they could not reach me but no missed call. And AT&T hasn't believed in customer service in years. Going on 4 months of "tech support" and yet to find a resolution or any compensation on our bill for lack of service.

I work in a factory on the Southside of downtown. When I'm at work I have virtually zero signal. If I climb up on the roof, which is 7 flights up, I can maybe send a text. All of my coworkers have phones from other carriers and they all have good usable signal. Stay away from Sprint if you live or work in the downtown Indy area unless you like paying for something you cannot use.

I have been with T-Mobile since 2003 never have a problem in the city, hitting the road you all know T-Mobile sucks cero data, I just move to a new location and some times I have cero reception even when they send me a signal booster it's been almost a year and they can't fix the problem I'm tired of paying almost $100 it's time to move on.
