Have been using AT&T's mark the spot app to report trouble, and after two years received a message from AT&T stating changes were made in a nearby tower site to improve my reception. Now it's worse than ever! Best I ever had is two dots standing outside in the middle of my yard and usually its one dot and many times no service. I would not recommend AT&T in this area. Was this review helpful to you?
Been here a year, cell reception is horrible. After a few months of painful calls, I bought the MicroCell device to connect through cell signal and send through the internet. Helped, but still have dropped calls and it can't hand off the signal to or from tower, so every single time I am on a call and want to leave or enter my house, it drops. AT&T tech support is the standard non-helpful, read the answer off the screen call center. I'm SO ready to switch, but nobody else seems to have decent coverage in this area either. Was this review helpful to you?
Metro PS has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Following technical support my warranty got voided. And the store representative from Michigan rd. Was very ordinary. My recommendation is to get other provider. Was this review helpful to you?
On the street driving the best I get is three bars (or dots, I have an iPhone six plus). On my porch or inside I literally get one dot or no signal. Just not a strong signal at all. Was researching what carrier to switch to, but it seems the all suck around here. Crap. Was this review helpful to you?
Started with Nextel in 2004, Sprint bought them and been with Sprint up till now. Almost no service even though there is a tower less than 2 miles. Stright line of site, etc, etc. Called about it, they offered (at my cost) a cell booster that plugs into our company Internet. Problems with is, not only do they want me to pay for it, but anyone else on Sprint can use it.. ergo, boggie down time. Sad, I use to love my service. Only reason I don't change, is the contract, when it's up, I will go look for something better. Was this review helpful to you?
I like Cricket because they are cheap for fairly good service. I live in Ohio and there it works just fine. I went with my dad in his semi and in Indiana and Illinois I cannot send text messages at all. I can go online but that's it. It works in St. Louis, Missouri also. I don't know why it is not working. I hope that they can fix this soon. Was this review helpful to you?
A few moths ago we would only get 3g. Go down the road 10 mins an 4g. Well fast forward and we get 4g now no problem. The bars on the phone only show 1 but calls hold steady and are clear. Sprint with all the were working on it and tower upgrades seemes to be improving. Overall we've had good service in the last 4 years. However we did file a complaint with the FCC against sprint. They called us and like magic we've never had an issue since then. Was this review helpful to you?
Only one bar of coverage at home. LTE speed seems fine and no dropped calls since switching from ATT. Using an iPhone 6 but taking advantage of wifi most of the time. Expected a full LTE signal since I'm in a highly populated area. Was this review helpful to you?
