Switching to Sprint made me realize how much better T-Mobile is. Sprint sucks! Was this review helpful to you?
I used to have T-Mobile but had zero reception when driving to Plymouth, IN on 31 and Virginia. I switched to Sprint and have no problems while traveling. When I lived at German Church and 38th St. my service worked fine. Since I have moved my calls drop and internet is as slow as dialup. My iPhone hardly works at home now.Was this review helpful to you?

Been here a year, cell reception is horrible. After a few months of painful calls, I bought the MicroCell device to connect through cell signal and send through the internet. Helped, but still have dropped calls and it can't hand off the signal to or from tower, so every single time I am on a call and want to leave or enter my house, it drops. AT&T tech support is the standard non-helpful, read the answer off the screen call center. I'm SO ready to switch, but nobody else seems to have decent coverage in this area either. Was this review helpful to you?

I have Tmobile, and I get pretty good coverage throughout Hamilton county and in Indy. My major troubles with T-Mobile is at work in the building. Infact, many buildings are a struggle for Tmobile. I believe it has to do with their bands. Certain bands so better through buildings and walls. They had bought a low band spectrum from Verizon that does better through buildings; however, it is not in all areas and not supported by all phones. For this, I'd be cautious about Tmobile. Also, T-Mobile has done away with corporate discounts, so now I can get AT&T or Verizon for about the same price. Will be switching after we pay down our phones. Was this review helpful to you?
Metro PS has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Following technical support my warranty got voided. And the store representative from Michigan rd. Was very ordinary. My recommendation is to get other provider. Was this review helpful to you?
