I have been with Verizon since 2003. In the beginning it was a phenomenal service but for the past few years it’s been horrible! Dropped calls and no reception indoors or outdoors. I’ve called on several occasions only to be given the same B.S. with no solution. Found out that on the South side of South Bend Verizon doesn’t have enough or any towers to cover. And, now Comcast is using Verizon towers for their service! What a joke!

Had good reception with Verizon but poor customer service n are hard to work with and very costly. Switched to AT&T n now have poor reception. Only have one tiny little bar most of the time. It may go up to two n rarely three but then drops down to one. Oh but they own most of the towers. Really??

Iphone SE and Samsung 7. 2 bars and seldom get 4 G LTE. Slow to load internet. No T Mobile service at my location.

Have sat in the same spot for 8 years and had no issues, but changed my device and couldn't get service to even stream music. brought in an old device. and it no longer receives signal either. The strength of your data signal sucks. Have other brands of phones and carriers in the building and having much of the same issue. Common deliver a good service for the price we pay! PS> my usage is primarily 3rd shift hours 11p-7a

We are a two carrier family. Verizon phone is a older Motorola smartphone. AT&T phone is a Iphone 7. The AT&T phone reception is POOR at best. We never know if it is connected or not at any given moment - one star. The Verizon Motorola works at all times and 4g is available at all times. Usually 3 bars or more. Had a Samsung S4 on Verizon in the same location and it did not preform as well. Held in the same location and looking under settings at signal strength the Samsung was reporting 9db less in signal strength. (every 3db is approximately double the signal strength). Still this was well more than needed to keep good signal throughout the area of our home and yard.

Verizon is a joke. I work in Elkhart (no service) and live in Warsaw (no service). Every time we call, they are working on it. We need to en mass leave!

As soon as you leave South Bend heading west, coverage disappears completely. So my phone is useless. As soon as I can complete the unklocking process, I'm outta here.

My signal at home in Goshen isn't bad and I have HSIA in my apt. But in middlebury, I can't get any signal..😭

Went into the Goshen store after phone crashed the people working at this location were very rude, and acted like they could care less about helping. The girl looked up our account and informed me that if I wanted to upgrade it would cost me the $85 that was still left on my phone plus the cost of the new phone. Considering I have insurance on the phone I was a little pissed. My phone is 2 years old and I should owe nothing on it, she then called their support place and while she was on hold, she proceeded to check her personal cell phone and pick her nails. The guys that were working were being loud, and unprofessional, and one went over to their display phones, removed the battery and placed it in his own personal phone, because " his was dead". After like 20 minutes of playing waiting game, I was informed that they were gong to warranty out my phone, but it would be sent to me from their warranty head quarters be here in 3 days. That was Wednesday, now today is Saturday and just got email saying phone is back ordered, and can be up to 2 weeks or longer. After being on the phone for over 2 hours, they say they can't do anything about it. Well I'm a mom with 2 kids, and I have a job. Schools, kids and other family has no way to contact me in case of an emergency. This is not the way you treat a customer of 2 years, that pay their bill to you every month. I think I will be looking into another carrier for my family.
