My service with AT&T has been the worst experience I've experienced in my lifetime and I'm 72 years old. When I'm away from home I have no problem with the service it's just when I'm at home I have the problem.

I constantly drop calls near my home. ATT was much better, but my company made me switch to T-Mobile since it was less expensive. Tried to troubleshoot many times and paid for T-Mobile wifi booster, but often lose signal as soon as I walk out the door. Also need to switch back and forth between LTE and 4G to get a better signal. Also lost signal on my boat just offshore. Super frustrating and safety concern.

Very poor reception. Lots of breaking up, Very, very long time to connect call. Has become much worse since merge of T-Mobile and Sprint

Verizon using Apple 11 phone. Signal drops inside and out. It is ridiculous. This is not the 1980s when bag phones were a novelty. We have locked our lives into these devices and they need to work everywhere.

Our phones are almost unusable. Get only one box in the house, and only 1-2 boxes in the yard.
