The service is spotty at best. I can stand in the exact same spot and have service one minute but lose service without moving at any time of day.Was this review helpful to you?
NEVER EVER USE US CELLULAR! I am beyond pissed! The store in Oak Creek lied to me and is now denying it! They told there was a free tablet offer since I switched over 5 lines from Verizon. Bill comes and the tablet is on there! I call the store and the lying ass salesman said I never told you the tablet was free. My entire family was in the store and heard him! Now they refuse to take the tablet back and meanwhile am charging me for it for the next 30 months! Screw them! Was this review helpful to you?

Very poor phone and data reception at work in downtown Milwaukee. Equally poor at home. Was this review helpful to you?
Only 1 or 2 bars. Nothing really works in my house, and if I'm lucky, I can get it to work but it takes 5-10 for one search on google. Never had this problem and I have been living in this location for 3 years now... . what's going on???Was this review helpful to you?

Bad reception and getting worse over the last 20 years. Very iffy in the house, store clerks do not care, they through me out of the store when I voiced me complaints. Was this review helpful to you?
Speedtest.net using Verizon 4G LTE inside home 60.16 Mb / s down and 27.22 Mb / s Up. For comparison using home internet via WiFi resulted in 22.91 Mb / s down and 1.82 Mb / s up. Overall I would consider the Verizon speed outstanding at home and average around town and in the suburbs and beyond. I've been with AT&T in the past and now Verizon for a few years. I really can't see any difference between the carriers. If you are in a busy area on a fast road you will get good reception. If you are in a rural or large neighborhoods away from commercial settings or driving on slow residential roads you will have sketchy connections and slower data. It doesn't matter what carrier you are on.Was this review helpful to you?
Get zero reception in my own home. Wall to wall. I have to go outside to use it.Was this review helpful to you?
