I am 71 yrs old and severely disabled (spinal deteriation since before Xmas my boost reception has been almost non-existant.whenever I try to call boost the usual response is call drops.I had to call Dr. friday due to health problem by the time I reached his office he was gone so Dr. on call had to call in Rx which means Rx cannot be gotten til Monday.I also could not talk to people on Xmas eve or day.I have to depend on phone for almost every thing to me sprin / boost are making this a case of elder abuse I am sure that many others who get service in the 53215 zip code I would really Like to see complaits for all who were affected people in the period from 12 / 20 / 2013 to 12 / 29 / 2013 how can a company screw over people so bad and still stay in business.where IS THE theGOVERNMENT CONTROL(I BELIEVE THEY ARE NON-EXISTANT).this is not just about one company but many / many cellphone companies. But the key is this is not just a want so what's one to do?????

I once had T Mobile, I once had cricket, after multiple drops calls and no signal areas I chose Verizon. I now have the best reception I have ever had and can travel from the city to the country and out of state and always have a signal. I wish Verizon was not so expensive, but I guess you get what you pay for.

I cannot make / take calls at home... .constant drops. I switched from Verizon due to pricing, and to help out a friend who works at Sprint. Literally the WORST decision of my life. (I have a pretty good life... .) Only 1 or at most 2 'dots' (bars) inside at home. LTE is "coming this year" (WE ARE RAPIDLY RUNNING OUT OF YEAR... ..). I am nearly at the point of paying the fee to break the contract to go to another provider.

My Mom, Dad, and I had AT&T, T-Mobile, and MetroPCS in the past, and while out of these AT&T offers good service, Verizon's overall package is better. Verizon doesn't drop any calls, has perfect 4G LTE coverage, and has the best customer service hands down. I know several people on Sprint that are eager to get on Verizon when their contract is up. Like I said, AT&T is good, but Verizon is better.

I visit different cities and Verizon takes me everywhere with better and newly expanded 4G LTE, unlike AT&T and T-Mobile and Sprint.

I have had Sprint for many years and it seems that all the services have their shortcomings. My experience with customer service has been both good and bad. When I go to the store on Silver Spring and Port Washington, the people working there are virtually useless. Actually, it has been my experience that most of the people at any of the stores are useless. I have had some success on the phone although it takes patience and tact to get anything done. It isn't easy. However... here's a true story about Sprint customer service. I would very often drop calls in my apartment which is just north of downtown. An area that should have magnificent service. I called Sprint and explained that I literally had to lean against a window to not lose calls. I had heard about something called an Airvave which is basically an antenna connected to a router to send better signals to a phone. When I asked about it, since no one at Sprint mentioned it's existence, they admitted that it existed. Then they had the audacity to tell me I could get it for only $259.00. I thought I was talking to someone from the Comedy Channel. $259???? Are you kidding? After discussing it with a supervisor, I could miraculously get it for only $129.00. I thanked the person helping me profusely and then told her that it's only $129 too much. I explained that we had a contract and they were supposed to provide a signal which they weren't doing... in the middle of a large city. I did my part and payed the bills for service. Now it was their turn to live up to their commitment. I calmly told the person that I was speaking with to send the Airwave to me for free. Amazingly, after explaining the logic of our contract, I was sent the Airwave for free. And, it really, really works. So that's good. Otherwise, the internet connection truly sucks. The service is so-so. And it isn't cheap. I certainly like to hear the bogus stories they tell when you ask when 4G will be in Milwaukee. They must keep a full time staff to write preposterous tales about the "coming 4G and LTE". I always drop calls when I'm not near a window at stores. But I will say that coverage areas outside are pretty good. Again... outside. So, why do I keep Sprint? I guess it's a case of why trade a headache for a stomach ache. Verizon, US Cellular, AT&T, Sprint... they all seem to suck.

Signal strength is only 1-2 bars in my home. It is 3 bars in my attic. USCellular refuses to send a tech unless they get a half dozen complaints in one area. Frequent dropped calls. Some calls are marginal inside or outside! They claim smartphones have weak antennas. Flip phone was great, always 4=5 bars They only get 3 bars in all of the stores. Away from my home area it is excellent. Sound quality is the best.

Have had it since it was Cingular -- just goes down hill. Service in Village of Wauwatosa non-existent or slow much of the time. Customer service at AT&T stinks. Reason I've stayed -- price for multiple lines.

Repeated dropped calls, 10 seconds or more to connect. Had the same problem 4 blocks East of here, I shouldn't be surprised. Want to warn others about using Verizon in Riverwest. Taking my phones back to Apple tomorrow. Switching back to AT&T.

Most places I get decent reception. My phone hooks on to WiFi which is a must have feature as data rates are Sloooow. 4G is nonexistent. BTW, went to Houston and was blown away by what 4G COULD do. Am looking for another carrier but reviews here make it look as if they are all crooks.

Intermittent call dropping / failure to ring while I am inside. If I go outside or sit right by a window I get one bar.

Get dropped calls all the time in my house and not made of concrete. Even if I sit by my living room windows, still get dropped calls or I can't even make calls if I am in my house. Have to go outside to talk. Called Sprint and they said a tower is down with no eta for repairs. I have been hearing this for the past 2 yrs now. Now it's contract renewal time and I am still told the same issues. Goodbye Sprint and hello T-Mobile.

Reception is a continual struggle. Very poor reception in the house and often poor reception outside. Right now getting 0-2 bars and I cannot make or receive calls in my own kitchen next to the window!

Little to no reception in my bungalow in Riverwest; my iPhone will alert me to calls after a voicemail has been left. Soooo frustrating! I may have to buy the $250 in-home booster that Verizon sells. BTW, this area of Milwaukee also disables my car remote entry fob. It's all of the radio towers up along Capitol that messes up the signals.

We started with AT&T when the iPhone came out -- and it just gets worse and worse. Dropped calls ALL the time -- which they tried to blame on Apple. AT&T is NOT a good carrier for Milwaukee... or really anywhere. So frustrating!

T-Mobile

5 Out of 5 (5 stars) | Bluemound | Calhoun, Brookfield, WI 53005 |

Consistent voice and data performance compared to Sprint who has no 4G in Wisconsin. I'm able to tether 2 laptops in my office building (2nd floor) with almost 4G download speeds and nearly no lag. Cost is the T-Mobile's strong suite. My 5GB with free hotspot data feature is only $25 while my wife has unlimited data with no throttle / overages for $20. One thing to keep in mind is if you travel 20 miles outside of a metro area there may not be 4G. I have to use wi-fi calling when I visit my parents up north which connects to a wifi router instead of a tower to make a call.
