I get pretty good reception. Its lower inside the house, but I don't seem to have an issue. My husband has the exact same phone and he complains about not getting calls / texts inside the house. I haven't experienced a dropped call in a very long time, unless its obvious (stairwells or elevators). There are a couple of places I know (interstate 94 and Holt) that I lose reception on my streaming music in the car. I highly recommend US Cellular. They have taken good care of me and remain competitive in their pricing.Was this review helpful to you?
I"ve had T-Mobile for over 10 years now. Ive had a problem with service in my house, but T-Mobile gave me a booster box for free. It solved my issues and haven't had any service problems since. However, Paying full price for the phones is outrageous and if there is a problem with the phone they do not solve the problem without charging you and arm and a leg. I am thinking of leaving them because of those issues.Was this review helpful to you?
I take the bus that goes from 68th St. to downtown using I-94. My 4G reception is pretty good. I sometimes have troubles around 35th and St. Paul, but the reception is normally good.Was this review helpful to you?

I switched from Sprint in February, to T Mobile. I left Sprint due to very poor reception and the no contract. my decision to leave Sprint for T Mobile only made home reception worse, inside and outside. t mobile say it is the phone that I purchased a galaxy note 3. they say they can't help me. Reception has gotten much worse. Been with Verizon for 8 years. Every call drops unless I'm hanging my head out my upstairs window. Truly believe as the Medical Center gets bigger I won't be able to use my cell phone at home. Extremely frustrating.Was this review helpful to you?

Help! Just move to this area. Verizon show a little grey "cloud" indicating my very small area has poor connectivity. I get one dot, maybe two if lucky. Willing to sell me box for $200! Really?????
