Very poor reception at my house 0-1 bar consistently.

If you have problem with your reception, make sure you call the customer service and also email them regarding this problem. Make sure they send surveyor to your area (although they don`t go inside your house but, thEY`LL check outside with o you knowing it). I did few follow up also as they promise to fix it after 120 days. They did not fix it until almost a year but, it`s worth it! I was really ready to switch cell provider. I stick with T-MOBILE for 1 year with crappy signal at home (o bar reception to 1 bar inside the house). Now my emails with them paid off. I`m now getting a FULL BAR SIGNAL inside my apartment. GREAT JOb T-MOBILE!

This is amazing! I just posted last night regarding our T-MOBILE signal here at PUETZ and Howell is not good. 1 BAR. Now I think they finished the tower closer here as they promised. Although it took them almost a year to finish. I`m getting an amazing full BAR SIGNAL inside our apartment. FULL BAR! Nice Job T-MOBILE! This is great!

1 BAR Inside the apartment. Emailed and spoke with Customer service last year regarding a dead spot here in Oak Creek. They said it will be better after 90 days but it was just BS! promises.

Near I-94, so the must be a tower right near. 3G service flawless. Generally Cingular has been horrible for me, but at home it seems as if the tower is right down the block. It probably is. At work in Waukesha 3 bars max

Reception inside my home is poor with plenty of dropped calls. Near windows the bars fluctuate from 1-2 to "no service." At work near downtown Milw. I have 6 bars - no reception problems.

Haven't had any problems with service so far, been about a year and 3 locations, milwaukee, muskego, greenfield, also now hales corners. Once in a while, 1 out of 50 calls I get a network busy, retry? and then it works.

Generally, I get very good reception; however, there are occasions where I have had dropped calls for no plausible reason. All in all, a good experience.

Verizon. A couple of years ago, Verizon coverage in this locale was dismal. No bars, had to go outside to even attempt a call. Then one morning I turned on the phone and - bang! -... .5 solid bars in the house, basement etc. Obviously, a new tower went online. Now Verizon cranks around 60th and College in Greendale. No worries.

Ok, I liked T-Mobile until I got my first couple bills. My service was good, and the messeging was nice. But I was put in a plan that evidently was insufficient. My 2nd bill was 181.00 for one line, and my second was 342.00 after they upped my plan. Customer service was anything but friendly about helping the situation either. Before I didn't have any problems with Cingular and my bill was never more than 60 per month.
