No service in my apartment in cedarburg..no service in grafton... none in saukville... I get service closer to milwaukee. Horrible horrible reception. If I am lucky I will get service for a few seconds with one single bar.

No problem with phone calls anywhere I've been in Milwaukee Metro area. 3G data speed is barely usable to unusable everywhere. On rare occasions, I've gotten a fast 4G connection near McKinley Marina and at 76th and Silver Spring, so they must be working on that, or I'm connecting to another provider somehow.

I have had Sprint for many years and it seems that all the services have their shortcomings. My experience with customer service has been both good and bad. When I go to the store on Silver Spring and Port Washington, the people working there are virtually useless. Actually, it has been my experience that most of the people at any of the stores are useless. I have had some success on the phone although it takes patience and tact to get anything done. It isn't easy. However... here's a true story about Sprint customer service. I would very often drop calls in my apartment which is just north of downtown. An area that should have magnificent service. I called Sprint and explained that I literally had to lean against a window to not lose calls. I had heard about something called an Airvave which is basically an antenna connected to a router to send better signals to a phone. When I asked about it, since no one at Sprint mentioned it's existence, they admitted that it existed. Then they had the audacity to tell me I could get it for only $259.00. I thought I was talking to someone from the Comedy Channel. $259???? Are you kidding? After discussing it with a supervisor, I could miraculously get it for only $129.00. I thanked the person helping me profusely and then told her that it's only $129 too much. I explained that we had a contract and they were supposed to provide a signal which they weren't doing... in the middle of a large city. I did my part and payed the bills for service. Now it was their turn to live up to their commitment. I calmly told the person that I was speaking with to send the Airwave to me for free. Amazingly, after explaining the logic of our contract, I was sent the Airwave for free. And, it really, really works. So that's good. Otherwise, the internet connection truly sucks. The service is so-so. And it isn't cheap. I certainly like to hear the bogus stories they tell when you ask when 4G will be in Milwaukee. They must keep a full time staff to write preposterous tales about the "coming 4G and LTE". I always drop calls when I'm not near a window at stores. But I will say that coverage areas outside are pretty good. Again... outside. So, why do I keep Sprint? I guess it's a case of why trade a headache for a stomach ache. Verizon, US Cellular, AT&T, Sprint... they all seem to suck.

Signal strength is only 1-2 bars in my home. It is 3 bars in my attic. USCellular refuses to send a tech unless they get a half dozen complaints in one area. Frequent dropped calls. Some calls are marginal inside or outside! They claim smartphones have weak antennas. Flip phone was great, always 4=5 bars They only get 3 bars in all of the stores. Away from my home area it is excellent. Sound quality is the best.

Have had it since it was Cingular -- just goes down hill. Service in Village of Wauwatosa non-existent or slow much of the time. Customer service at AT&T stinks. Reason I've stayed -- price for multiple lines.

Battery drains. calls drop. Is it Wauwatosa or ????????? All since I moved here.

Repeated dropped calls, 10 seconds or more to connect. Had the same problem 4 blocks East of here, I shouldn't be surprised. Want to warn others about using Verizon in Riverwest. Taking my phones back to Apple tomorrow. Switching back to AT&T.

Most places I get decent reception. My phone hooks on to WiFi which is a must have feature as data rates are Sloooow. 4G is nonexistent. BTW, went to Houston and was blown away by what 4G COULD do. Am looking for another carrier but reviews here make it look as if they are all crooks.

Intermittent call dropping / failure to ring while I am inside. If I go outside or sit right by a window I get one bar.

Little to no reception in my bungalow in Riverwest; my iPhone will alert me to calls after a voicemail has been left. Soooo frustrating! I may have to buy the $250 in-home booster that Verizon sells. BTW, this area of Milwaukee also disables my car remote entry fob. It's all of the radio towers up along Capitol that messes up the signals.
