no T-Mobile coverage whatsoeverWas this review helpful to you?
We have done research and experimented with some options. I have heard best reception in Door is Cellcom. Second is US Cellular (we just got US Cellular Prepaid and it has rarely not worked..maybe a small spot or two in Peninsula State Park). Sprint may be third (tried it through Boost and it is very spotty but good when it works, it works very well in Sister Bay). According to the county telecommunications map at map.co.door.wi.us / map / Verizon is more spotty than Sprint. Was this review helpful to you?
Last year (July 2015) I had very weak but usable cell service in Door County. This year, May 25, 2016 there is no service for AT&T. Very disappointing. Friends say Verison works very well. Was this review helpful to you?
Will T-Mobile 'ever' have service in upper michigan?? wow..bad bad bad. I had service in Chicago but am north of green bay for 6 months and it its non exitent. Have to go with AT&T or Verizon I guess. Was this review helpful to you?
T-mobile in Powers-Escanaba MI is NON Existent.. Terrible. Zero bars. I had to buy an AT&T sim card just to get service for the 4 days I was up there. Was this review helpful to you?
The people in this country are really getting screwed regarding cellphone coverage. All this celltower leasing, and outlandish costs for crap is the biggest scam the american people have fell for..Backwoods cabin,AT&T is the best, and thats not saying much..Still retain hardwired landline, although costly..its worth it.Having everything up in the air,and having several phones just to take a trip downstate is foolishness. Was this review helpful to you?
FYI.. Cellular ONE in Wisconsin was bought by US Cellular and that is the name they operate under now. They did not change their name to ATT.Was this review helpful to you?
Everyone told me Verizon wasn't gonna work. I moved here and couldn't afford to lose my phone number. Verizon goes in roaming (no extra cost) but works perfectly fine. A little weak in the parks and nature places but then again... You shouldn't be on your phone there anywaysWas this review helpful to you?
right when we need good reception cause of a sick dog, we get none. The old cellular one is still a rotten company even if they did change there name to the once respected ATT. My advice is that you dump them if you have them; we are!Was this review helpful to you?
