Great cell signal. Almost ALWAYS on 4 / 5 bars of 4g LTE. Sometimes there are 3 bars of signal but mostly it's around 4. Good quality voice, but when I'm inside sometimes I can't hear the other person.Was this review helpful to you?
We were told by the Eden Prairie Sprint store just today that we are in a very limited service area... I strongly agree. There is no point in having a Sprint phone if calls can not be made. We are doing our research and switching service ASAP!Was this review helpful to you?
Just visiting from Iowa for the second time this year. And for the second time this year no coverage as soon as I hit the MN border. Yet when you sign a contract with u.s. cellular they have a map in the store marking the areas they "say" they get coverage. Told me I would have coverage while here. This is a lie. U.S. cellular doesn't cover many states. Nice when going on vacation or leaving for work. But the map and workers in the store lie to get you to sign contract. I will post this on Facebook,let everyone I work with and all other means of media know. U.S cellular is a horrible company that is going downhill and last I heard Sprint was trying to monopolize them. When u lie to customers u don't last! Sprint is the worst service that is currently offered. I live in Eagan and rely on my phone for work and can't even place a phone call. Sprint is a joke they are liars and the guys at the Eagan Sprint store are pathetic lowlife lying losers that will tell anything to their customers because they are commissioned based. I'm going to Verizon they have a 200 dollar bill credit to switch to them. Peace out sprint. I wouldn't have my worst enemies switch to your so called service. Also my brother went over seas to serve for our country for two years when he came back (after deactivating your phone service) had a 6000 yes thousand dollar phone bill!?!???! He sued and won the case just to prove you guys don't even care about the men and women who protect our country. Nothing but crooked lost souls work for this company. LTE dropps all calls in first 10 seconds - City of Apple Valley needs to fix the tower and ATT needs to add the codes in Apple iPhone iOS 8 software. This is only spot in 28 states that does not work - since iOS 8 came out. Att tried to fix 3 times but City of Apple Valley's tower not working with LTE and AppleWas this review helpful to you?
18 year Sprint customer. I have hotspots in my house but no reception in bedroom, downstairs office, and deck. Sprint gave us a Rave and we still have dropped call zones in house. Sprint told me last to give them a week to "follow" my phone so they could tweak their towers / software. Nice guy who offered help was Manager who I got to after first two levels told me I did not have a problem. Hope nobody breaks into my house at night because I can't call out. Pilot Knob heading to Eagan and Johnny Cake to Cliff are Dropped Calls close to 100% of the time. Hard to believe a company can exist with such horrendous service. I blame myself for always believing they would get better. In the end I'm the idiot.Was this review helpful to you?
Had Sprint for 8 years and was great. Last 4 months terrible in my home. Dropped calls and / or poor call quality. Called Sprint numerous times and it seems like they don't care - even told me I may have to go to another carrier. Say they'll call back and don't. Big bummer since it was great for so long and changing is a huge unknown.Was this review helpful to you?
Been with T-Mobile before they were even called Tmobile, always loved the service and reception I got with them, untill about 3 years ago... Reception went down with there service, dropping a lot of calls, 4g has a lot of dead spots throughout the metro area, customer service has plumeted, and this no contract service plan just means they charge you more $$$, after I gwt a new phone from them Im stuck with the full amount of the phone if I quit my service, not to mention the $300 of extra charges they add for changing your phone... ? So they dont need to offer you any benifits of having a contract when they lock you in with all of those charges for years. Reception is IRRELEVANT!. In Spring of 2014, ATT talked me into discontinuing my service plan (4 phones: 2 with unlimited data) and restarting the $40 / month plan with 10GB of data. They also sold me 'Smart Limits' for the purpose of limited data consumption as a way to protect myself from overage charges. Image my surprise when I started getting text messages telling me I would incur $15 in additional charges for exceeding 10GB. I thought "how can this be? I use smart limits" Innocently, I went online to look at my bill and make sure. Guess what? They discontinued that feature on 9 / 5 / 2014. THEY NEVER NOTIFIED ME. I went to my local ATT store and asked them about this. They had never heard of such a thing. After some digging in their system, the employees discovered a memo from corporate telling them not to sell Smart Limits as a way to protect against overage charges! There records showed that they EMAILED me a month ago notifying me of this (to an email address I haven't used in years) These pricks need a class action lawsuit and they need it now. I have great service and live about 40 min south of Minneapolis. The 4G LTE is lightning fast. I always get about 30 Mbps. I have gotten 90 Mbps, fastest I have ever seen from a carrier. and the LTE coverage in the cities is really good almost always have it and if not I have regular 4g hspa+ which is still fast. On top of that all the different features that come included with there plans that would cost tons of extra $ with other companies is endless.Was this review helpful to you?
