Chad Walen, the owner, is sly and sneaky. Verizon is a good brand although they have failed by allowing Chad Walen to own and operate a store. I would recommend using Verizon through another location.Was this review helpful to you?

Have had Verizon for years and experienced decent coverage. The past year it's gotten dramatic worse. I now get spotty coverage in my own house! Data is even worse. We have a robust wireless connection in our house, but it takes 5 minutes or more to load a webpage on my phone. And I have plenty of data usage left on the phone. It's ridiculous that our bills have gone up as our quality of coverage has gone down the toilet.Was this review helpful to you?
Tmobile is ok for in the city. I use an HTC One M8. For some reason, coverage is spotty in parts of Richfield and somewhat along HWY 62 as well. For the most part though, if you're only using your phone within city limits things are great. I know T-Mobile said they expanded to Northern MN, but I was just up by St. Croix St. Park and the guy with Verizon got a signal and I didn't. Last weekend I went SE and camped at Frontenac St. Park. It was a similar situation- my girlfriend was streaming You Tube videos with Sprint, and I couldn't even get my music to stream with TMob. After 14 years of being a loyal customer, I can't deal with it anymore and am making the switch.Was this review helpful to you?
I have been complaining to T-Mobile for 14 years. They don't seem to care. Why does Verizon have a better signal here than t-mobile, yet T-Mobile owns the closest tower? T-Mobile sent me a signal booster for inside my home that works so-so... .once I walk outside, 1 bar or no signal. T-Mobile are senseless / uncaring people to try and communicate with!Was this review helpful to you?
I am so disappointed. I chose Verizon "because it has the most coverage!" and I needed that when I travel, but my reception is terrible at home. My local and distance calls are garbled and dropped 80% of the time. I leave voice mail messages that are too garbled for the recipient or dropped. My internet connection rarely exists, so I go days without being able to update anything. AND yet, I am going through my data at light speed. What is or isn't happening? I know one thing. I may not be very smart phone savvy, but this situation is going to change.Was this review helpful to you?
Great cell signal. Almost ALWAYS on 4 / 5 bars of 4g LTE. Sometimes there are 3 bars of signal but mostly it's around 4. Good quality voice, but when I'm inside sometimes I can't hear the other person.Was this review helpful to you?
We were told by the Eden Prairie Sprint store just today that we are in a very limited service area... I strongly agree. There is no point in having a Sprint phone if calls can not be made. We are doing our research and switching service ASAP!Was this review helpful to you?
Just visiting from Iowa for the second time this year. And for the second time this year no coverage as soon as I hit the MN border. Yet when you sign a contract with u.s. cellular they have a map in the store marking the areas they "say" they get coverage. Told me I would have coverage while here. This is a lie. U.S. cellular doesn't cover many states. Nice when going on vacation or leaving for work. But the map and workers in the store lie to get you to sign contract. I will post this on Facebook,let everyone I work with and all other means of media know. U.S cellular is a horrible company that is going downhill and last I heard Sprint was trying to monopolize them. When u lie to customers u don't last!
