Many dropped calls. Phone doesn't ring, only beeps if I receive a voice mail. Text messages sometimes don't go out or get received. Connection to internet through my phone sucks. Never connect or minutes to establish a connection.Was this review helpful to you?
Had added 1 Micro Cell. then added a second one for coverage. They say my house is fine and that the drop out os in the other side of the lake, wrong. Bought $1,000 Wilson amp. Better for a few years still the lowered the signal again.Was this review helpful to you?

I left Sprint to get reception and Verizon was rated excellent in 2013... .now 2016 I feel two soup cans and a string would definitely be a better connection! I believe it's all a bunch of miss managed money that someone must be pocketing because it is not in the cell towers.Was this review helpful to you?

Chad Walen, the owner, is sly and sneaky. Verizon is a good brand although they have failed by allowing Chad Walen to own and operate a store. I would recommend using Verizon through another location.Was this review helpful to you?

Have had Verizon for years and experienced decent coverage. The past year it's gotten dramatic worse. I now get spotty coverage in my own house! Data is even worse. We have a robust wireless connection in our house, but it takes 5 minutes or more to load a webpage on my phone. And I have plenty of data usage left on the phone. It's ridiculous that our bills have gone up as our quality of coverage has gone down the toilet.Was this review helpful to you?
