T-Mobile

Near my home, have no signal. I have tried to contact T-Mobile to let them know they have a problem, almost laughable response.

I've been with Sprint for many years. I had very spotty service with other phones, so I really think people need to look at the phone if you are having troubles. My Sanyo SCP-4900 was flawless everywhere with Sprint. The problem is that Sprint Customer Service has been terrible for me. I needed more minutes as well. I now have switched to T-Mobile and I'm using the Nokia 6600 which I am finding to be fair to poor in many areas. I thought that Nokia phones were suppose to have excellent reception... but this one doesn't. Perhaps it's T-Mobile's fault.

Qwest rollover to Sprint towers in late August. Since then have terrible reception. Previously I could call from three floors below street level from freight elevator and not be dropped. Now 70 ft. from front door off Marquette can't keep two bars on phone. At recommendation of Qwest CS will try other phones, Nokia 3586i and 6225, Motorola T720 and T731, Sanyo SCP-8100 for better reception. If no improvement I'm going to Nextel or Verizion.

Terrible reception at this location; seems like I have entered a black hole. Phone constantly says "emergency calls only" in this area (where I live) and I cannot view any missed calls by not hearing my phone and my voicemail alerts have been delayed on an average of 3 days. Very strange because AT&T has thus far been SO much better than my years with Sprint, but this problem must be fixed.

Frequent dropped calls, frequent "Out of service", low battery life (searching for service!) in my home. Neighborhood is better, but this phone and Sprint are bad news right here.

T-Mobile reception sucks in my apartment. On sunny days I have to stick my phone near the window to get at least one signal else no signal at all. Overall the reception sucks. I hope they put more towers.

Somedays good, somedays bad. My partner and I share a plan, and we went 2 days without being able to use our unlimited between phone minutes. We also have missed business calls, not gotten messages until the next day, and have had the phone ring just once... and as we picked it up... it missed the call. Lately we've been having trouble recharging the phones. (They will be 1 yr old in December). We're shopping for a new plan.

Very good reception generally. No service in basements and only 2-3 bars around some tall buildings.

West St. Paul and South St. Paul are horrible. Inver Grove Heights is OK. Bloomington seems to work great. I can not even make a phone call call from my home (Zero Bars). I would not recommend for people South of St. Paul.

Great at my house. There is a dead-spot near the intersection of Cretin and I-94 however. Must drive quickly through that area.
