Weak-ish signal in basement, but calls rarely drop. Have experiences missed calls due to reception. Upstairs is far better. Data is typically pretty fast. I work in Golden Valley (394 and 100) and don't have any reception issues either. However, Roseville and West St. Paul are atrocious for data (i.e. no connection whatsoever). Was this review helpful to you?
I get around 40-70mbps down at my apartment. While T-Mobile is not the best out in the country, in the city, they do awesome! Was this review helpful to you?
Horrible coverage worse customer service liars liars. I've had Sprint since the 90's. We were forced onto a new plan bill doubled, we ordered unlimited data for one son after first month they failed to add it so $136 rather than $20 for extra data he month, we were given a tablet and they added data we didn't need or want and can't cancel it, I will pay whatever necessary to leave today. Sprint sux do not get SprintWas this review helpful to you?
6 months of dropped calls on business cell line, can't take the BS lies and double talk by Customer Care. Make some room Verizon. Sprint has Absolute worst all around service ever, I've had cell service with Sprint for 17 years, no bill credit, no forgiveness on early termination nothing nada zip. Sprint should be shut down forever. CLASS ACTION SUIT! Minneapolis Metro Area freaking blows donkey balls. We have a shared plan with 5 lines, each phone on average costs $450.00 and the monthly bill is $330.00 per month we've been paying that for over 5 years prior to that I had unlimited everything and 3 lines and my bill was close to $400 per month paid that for about 7 years in the beginning I paid by the minute in the late 90's early 2000's my bill was consistently $400 to $600 per month, over the past 17 years I've paid Sprint close to $50,000 for cell service what a crock! What the hell are they doing with all that cash blowing it their noses. I pray the Feds step in and make them refund everyone's money since last October. Was this review helpful to you?
Enough! Sprint is downright terrible. Months of excuses of upgrading towers 4-5 dropped calls PER DAY I live in the middle of the city, yet can't get reception in my house or around it. I switched to Verizon and had zero reception issues in the same spots. Don't believe anything the reps tell you, the problem with Sprint will not be getting better any time in the near future. Instead of spending money sponsoring Nascar events, why don't you spend that money and give rebates to the customers you've been robbing for over a year. Was this review helpful to you?
Sprint is unusable downtown! Each time I call customer service for an update on the so-called 'tower upgrades', they tell me all will be fixed in (then they tell me a date 2 months out)... never fails! Today I'm canceling.. enough is enough! Sprint... You are dead to me! Dropped Calls... Check No Data... Check Clueless Customer Service... . Check Rude Customer Service... .. Check Dead to Me?... .. Check! Was this review helpful to you?
horrible to say the least. I have brightspot though and the coverage is really horrible. I am not sure if T-Mobile is short changing BrightspotWas this review helpful to you?
I have US Cellular and have almost never had a problem with finding coverage of at least a minimum status, even when going to school in PA I could call and send / receive texts and emails from inside and outside any building I wanted to. Now that I moved to Minneapolis I completely lost all tower. I know I was in roaming but now my phone won't even do that, all it says is SOS instead of tower bars, and all I can do is make emergency calls from it! Clearly, you cannot have US Cellular in the Twin Cities. Was this review helpful to you?
Sprint's network is an absolute joke, as is their customer service. Beware! They lie. They are rude. Their answer to every problem is that "The network is being upgraded." It's been almost two years now. Biggest load of crap I've ever been handed in my life. I honestly hate them and will throw a party the day they go out of business. We are filing with the MN Attorney General's office and switching to Verizon; Sprint is a clown show run by lying crooks that would've been run out of town by an angry mob back in the day.Was this review helpful to you?
I have had pretty good luck with T-Mobile throughout the twin cities. Bad data coverage at work in Bloomington (494 and Hwy. 100), but otherwise I've been pretty happy. In general I've had good luck. Any issues have been data signal strength. I've never had issues with dropped calls. Friends who visit with Sprint (and I think Verizon too) have much more trouble getting reception at my house). Was this review helpful to you?
