Poor reception and getting worse as the years go by. 1 bar outside of my house. In the middle of the city! I am 8 blocks from the lakes. Only gets better if I go to the top of the nearest hill.

This past few months our AT&T has deteriorated rapidly to basically below average reception at the very best. Shocking performance in a the best neighborhood in Minneapolis. I'm disgusted. I would never recommend AT&T to anyone based on this.

Very bad signal in highly populated area. Been in this area for 12 years and nothing has changed. 5G is not a good solution.

Reception is terrible and problems switching from cellular to data. Can not get e-mails or look things up while on phone. Often have to restart phone if I was connected to wifi but have to leave wifi area as phone then can not find service.

We bought our IPhone 6+ phones a couple of years ago from the Sprint store in Roseville Mn. We were told after we satisfied the contract the phones would be ours. When we went in to see about possible new phones they said you're leasing those phones. I said nooooo we were told we bought these phones and they were ours after the contract was satisfied. They lied! They lied! They lied! They said if we wanted the IPhones we'd have to pay a $180.00's a phone. We have 3 phones so that's well over $500.00's and this was the last straw with this company. Good luck peeps because if you have to deal with their sales people it's become clear they're told to say and do whatever they must to get the sale. Beware and be ready to be lied to often. The reception has never been good and for the money they expect you to dish out for their plans it's absolutely obscene.
