Calls either do not go through or calls are dropped. Hot Spot for lap top is terrible. Sending and receiving anything with attachments do not go through. My phone shows that I have full bars.

This past few months our AT&T has deteriorated rapidly to basically below average reception at the very best. Shocking performance in a the best neighborhood in Minneapolis. I'm disgusted. I would never recommend AT&T to anyone based on this.

As others have stated, many of my calls have been dropped both during the conversation and even before the call connects. Medical calls have been especially frustrating. Cub Food on Nathan Ln and Rockford Rd is another sore spot.

We added 3 phones to our plan. They said $25 a month per line. After fees taxes etc I get a bill for $335.00. I tried calling customer service which was unbelievably slow. Honestly I think that is for a reason so we cant leave. It sucks. We go to turn in the phones. They say well since you lease the phones it's $1200.00. Read the small print. What a scam. I will never go to SPRINT AGAIN. We signed up with CRICKET IN COON RAPIDS. GREAT SERVICE. AUSTIN WAS FANTASTIC. PRICE FOR 3 PHONES. $85.00 A MONTH. GREAT AT&T NETWORK. FOR US IT'S GREAT. SPRINT NEVER AGAIN AND WE WERE CUSTOMERS FOR 10 YEARS

Inside no reception no bars present. Install booster now get only one or two with antenna outside above on roof. Been doing this for years. Sad deal.
