T-Mobile's service up here has been getting consistently worse, and now it's dropped off completely for the past few weeks. Was this review helpful to you?

Literally no coverage with Verizon at this address, yet I have 5 bars of TMobile. Verizon was going downhill for years, then when I was over at a friend's house and couldn't even send a text message or a call, let alone use snapchat I knew it was time to switch. I heard TMobile wasn't as good last year as it is now, but I have ZERO problems and get coverage in a lot of places I didn't with Verizon. If you want the best coverage in MT, especially in the rural areas and along the high-line you better dump Verizon and their huge bills and overage charges and go with TMobile. Was this review helpful to you?
Up until about a month ago the cell coverage downtown was good; there were not issues with dropped calls or data. Now, the coverage is almost extinct. Dropping from full coverage to barely being able to place or receive calls. I reported this issue to Verizon twice. They responded by stating they are not sure why; but maybe because they lost their tower leases with other providers. They don’t know for sure because this is above their pay grade, and are not privy to the inner workings of corporate contracts. They also say the issue affected only a small margin of the city. I beg to differ. I drove around the neighborhood and discovered the signal didn’t improve for ten city blocks. The entire downtown community is essentially reduced to one to three bars of coverage. The solution provided by Verizon was to invest in a cell signal antenna. However, after researching, I discovered you also need to purchase an entire system to attach to the antenna. At the cost of $400! Seriously!?! It appears Verizon is passing the cost of cell towers onto customers; especially to those who don’t have WiFi service. Was this review helpful to you?
Sprint service was the worse I have ever had. Their advertisements make you believe you can anywhere and have coverage with no roaming. I lost my data 2 months in a row. There was a tower within line of site and Sprint is unwilling to lease space. Service was even spoty in Billings. I am looking for another carrier. Was this review helpful to you?
Service used to be great now it is horrible. Dropped calls down Zimmerman. No service between Rehberg and Grand and minimal by MSU Billings and the hosptitals. Was this review helpful to you?
Use a mifi and WeBoost to boost the digital signal. Run out of data after two weeksWas this review helpful to you?
There is very spotty reception in the heart of downtown Billings. It didn't used to be a problem, but this year it has been abysmal. How can you count on Verizon in an emergency if their cell service is useless in the heart of Billings, Montana? I don't pay $160 a month so that I can pay for a landline too.Was this review helpful to you?
Terrible connection to cell tower, using Samsung Galaxy S5 and AT&T provider. Has gone from 2 bars to 1 bar lately. Was this review helpful to you?
