There has been a significant degradation in service over the last year. Dropped calls are a rule rather than the exception. Especially bad in the area of the "Tree Streets", "Poet Streets" and around Billings Clinic.

Cricket (Based on AT&T towers) has been pretty spot on. 2-4 bars. I've had spotty Verizon coverage and sprint / tmobile are nonexistant here. From what I hear, Verizon is more reliable once you get away from town and the main roads.

Has been bad for a while, but is now even worse. Dropped calls, missing words in a conversation, etc. All of this occurs downtown and in the surrounding neighborhoods, not out in the hinterlands.

Didn't have any trouble until about a month ago. Now calls are spotty and I consistently drop calls when I'm in my house. Prior to this, I had no problems whatsoever.

Cell coverage was great, full 4glte until about 6 months ago, now it's mediocre, keeps switching between 3g and 4g, speeds are slower. It's only been getting worse.

AT&T service stinks I live in Hardin,MT and work 12 miles south in Crow Agency. I have poor service in my house not to mention spotty service in Crow Agency. I work construction and am out in the field all day everyday. I have zero service ! And I thought AT&T had nation wide service?

Went on vacation to Yellowstone and then up through Billings Montana and had NO RECEPTION for the entire area. What a joke! I'm dropping T-Mobile as soon as I use up my prepaid minutes. Website claims coverage which is a LIE.

recently moved here from CA... on a 3-line plan with children (still in Cali) and NEVER had Data Coverage in MT, but at least could make / receive phone calls and texts-----to clarify, I had to go OUTSIDE to get reception... ..! I guess I should have been thankful for that though, because at the end of Sept 2014... ..Lost ALL coverage of any kind... ..according to T-Mobile (sucks) they NO LONGER have use of a CELL TOWER (Cellular One and Chinook)... .so... ... NO PHONE AT ALL... ! ugh

Have been out of town since Wed. Oct. 15, 2014--when I left I had full roaming coverage, when I got back Sunday Oct. 19, 2014 I had no signal at all. This is very frustrating as I am here at University on an out of state plan. Grrrr.
