Sprint is the worst! I live and work in orland. Can't drive for two minutes without getting a dropped call. Customer service is quick to say its my phone and not their service however I have 5 phones on the account so I'm pretty sure it's the service and not 5 phones with issues! just another ploy to get you to buy an expensive phone from them with minimal service! Also I bought a pre owned phone recently... Never activated it but they charged me the 36.00 fee regardless. After 1 hour arguing with customer service.. I asked to be transferred to the dept where you cancel your contract and they refunded my 36.00 activation fee. Ever here of fraud! You can't charge someone for something they never received! I never received an activation! An hour wasted of my life to deal with sprint... And that's just this month! If I could total all those hours up I could probably get at least a months pay of salary out of it! My advice... Don't go with sprint! Was this review helpful to you?
I work in a high tech area and heavily traveled area and have had nothing but issues with my phone for the past two months. It amazes me that when you talk with Sprint all they say is they are doing upgrades that should be completed by June. If one of my customers called me and I told them that I was doing upgrades to my equipment so their computer network should start working in 2 to 3 months I would not be in business long. The FCC and SEC need to review Sprint services and contracts and allow customers to break them without fear of recourse. Was this review helpful to you?

Have not received text msgs for the past month while in the Lakewood Falls subdivision in North East Plainfield. They are "upgrading" towers which supposedly have been finished twice so far. I call after each time it has been fixed and they give me a new date (they use Sprint towers) I only get texts if my call is in use. My texts work when I travel east away from I55 or travel south towards Rt 30.Was this review helpful to you?
IVE BEEN COMPLAINING TO THEM FO THREE WEEKS ABOUT DROPPED CALLS. I HAVE 3 LINES AND WE ALL GET DROPPED CALLS SINC AUGUST. nOW, OUR TEZTS ARE NOT GOING THROUGH. I HAVE A YEAR AND A HALF ON THE CONTRACT AND WANT OUT... .THEY WILL NOT BUDGE. THEYKEEP SAYING IT WILL BE FIXED. I'M GOING TO CALL THEM EACH TIME I GET A DROPPED CALL WHICH IS AT LEAST 5 TIMES EACH DAY. MAYBE THATLL IRRITATE THEM ENOUGH. I SHOULD NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING EARLY TERMINATION FOR A SERVICE THEY CANNOT PROVIDE. ANY SUGGESTIONS WOULD BE APPRECIATED...Was this review helpful to you?

I've been getting the same story about towers being upgraded. No heads up about the change in reception. I've had about enough with Sprint. My contract is up in October and even that seems too long from now to keep putting up with them. As soon as the contract is over I will not be renewing! Customer service has been horrible along with quality of my "smart phones" and reception! not a happy customer at all! Would definitely NOT recommend Sprint to ANYONE!Was this review helpful to you?
Have been getting dropped calls and no-ring voicemails for almost a month now... I called for the 5th time last week and was able to get 2 things... I got a $100 credit on my bill (which only partly pays for one month of my 3-phone plan). On a subsequent call the same day I said, verbatim "one of 2 things will happen next week since you can't give me a straight answer on when it will be fixed... Either you will have 3 phones sitting at one of your corporate locations - and me parting ways with Spring forever... Or there will be an Air Rave (airvana) sitting at my house next week - free of charge. Take your pick - I don't care at this point." The airRave was next-dayed to me and, though not optimal because I still lose calls in the area, at least I can successfully make calls while at home. Like others have mentioned, I find it a bit amusing that sprint-corporate denies the mere existence of an issue in the first place. The last time I called, the rep said she was going to check if there were any tower issues in the area and I said "M'am don't bother - I've called 4 times before and all 4 times was told there were no issues noted on your system. But if you call any - and I mean ANY - dealer or customer in this area and I can promise you that after they swear at you, you will DEFINITELY hear there is an ongoing issue." Clearly one cannot fix an issue when one doesn't even acknowledge that there is one. I'm trying desperately to be patient with Sprint because I'd whack off a leg with a rusty knife before I'd go back to AT&T - but this is absurd. I'm going to give them until June and pull the plug if they can't get it together. Was this review helpful to you?
