Sucks and I'm sick of paying all this money to lose every call when I'm in this area! Was this review helpful to you?
Left AT&T to go to Sprint. Big mistake. Texts take 2-3 days to deliver or receive. When I complained they told me to call my voice mail to get my texts to push? If I have to actively search for texts I think that's called e-mail. Calls constantly drop. No 4G coverage. Out of 3GB of data used only 50,000KB was 4G.Was this review helpful to you?
Please don't sign any contract with Sprint ! There services is horrible to say the least... Stay far away from Sprint they have no idea what the heck is going on, I have spoken to about 50 different people if not more and I have 50 plus more different excuses...Was this review helpful to you?
I had T-Mobile and went to Verizon, no more garbled or dropped calls. Was this review helpful to you?
When I switched to Sprint (from T-Mobile) everything seemed fine and within the first month or so we didn't notice anything wrong. That was until I got a call from a friend yelling because I sent him several txt's at around 2am, yet I sent them in the early afternoon. We then really started to pay attention to loss of signal and delayed txt. That's when we realized that unless we were standing next to a window in our frame house we would not get incoming calls and txt messages were delayed for hours. example, when leaving work yesterday I called my wife, no answer, so I sent a txt that I was leaving (work in the City of Chicago). Got home and she was sitting outside on the patio then whole afternoon- no missed call! We had dinner and went to a movie, at around 9pm my wife's phone vibrates and after the movie she checks her phone and she only got the txt from 5 hours ago! Her phone said received at 9pm and my phone said sent at 4pm. One more month and I am done with Sprint! I contacted Sprint several times and went to their store- what a waste of time. So much for the "Now" network. Was this review helpful to you?
Have had US Cellular for 8 years and have been very satisfied with both local and national reception. I even picked up phone and data (albeit weak) in parts of Yellowstone Park last year - and most of those around me were jealous! I also like that they provide free incoming calls and texts. As long as their family plans are priced competitively (we have 5 phones) I won't be switching to any other service. Was this review helpful to you?
Sprint service has failed in my area of Westmont since early July 2012. Calls are dropped within seconds, though texts get thru with a bit more success rate. Don't use Sprint. I called their office to see what was going on and the functionary told me they were upgrading towers, which causes signals to be lost. You read that right. He had no idea when the upgrades would be complete, it sounded like they have no real schedule for fixing things. Was this review helpful to you?
When I'm on the 2nd. floor of my home I can not talk for more than 3-5 min.s without the phone dropping out and re-booting, but if I move to the basement of the house I don't seem to have any problems with phone dropping out or re-booting. Unfortunately, my home office is on the 2nd. floor and I use this phone to receive and make all of my business calls, so this is a huge problem with this service. There is a cell tower about 2 blocks south and 1 block east of my house. Don't know if this is the problem or if it's just the ATT service. Was this review helpful to you?

Absolutely no signal inside or outside my place of employment. It's the bermuda triangle in here! Called AT&T repeatedly about the issue and they just say that they cannot guarantee service inside of the building- why is my company paying for Blackberry service through AT&T when they cannot provide the service then? Was this review helpful to you?
