My cell phone always has a problem out here. I am sick of sprint. I am going to another carrier because everytime I call tech support they always trouble shoot my phone and can never give me an explanation of why my phone doesn't work properly. They can never accept responsibility. instead of fixing the real issus they always find a way to blame it on something else.

The past 2 weeks, I have had no texting, no calls and basically no service. When you call and ask why I am told it will be fixed by tomorrow 2PM, well that was 2 weeks ago. Get with it... the customer service is HORRIBLE, NO ONE SPEAKS ENGLISH and they will lie to you just to get you off the phone. SUCKS!

I bought a house in December and was so excited to move in. Everything was going perfect until I realized I couldn't even use my cell phone in my own house. Every time someone calls me I have to run outside and I may get 1 bar, but in the matter of seconds the call is dropped. I can not use my cell phone I pay for in my own house and I am very frustrated. My phone plan is up in December and unless something is fixed about this, I am going to need to change services.

In the past month or so, reception has really gone downhill. I used to get 3-4 bars of 4G signal around town, but lately I'm lucky to get 1 bar of 3G or 1x. Calls drop repeatedly or sometimes aren't even received by the phone. Text messages often fail to send or aren't received. I know it's not my phone because outside of town I have full bars of 3G / 4G.

constant drop calls, poor reception, delayed txt msgs. Poor customer service. Sprint reps stating that updates are being done to the network and would be completed by June. No changes have been noticed and its the end of July. Once contract is over, I will be switching provider.

This area is a dead zone for AT&T and they don't care! Their own map on their web site shows Good reception in the south Naperville area, what a joke! I can't even call them to complain because I get No Service here!

i feel Sprint has the worst service in the bolingbrook and plainfield areas i truly feel that they definitely suck everyone is saying how they are upgrading their service to the Sprint connect i feel there is no excuse for poor service with Sprint I have been with them over 10 years and this is the worst it has gotten even going into the city of chicago my phone dropped more calls a friend of mine lent me his phone and he is on the Verizon network and the reception he got was phenomenal even deep into a parking garage in downtown chicago I was still on the phone where Sprint could not even get a signal my opinion I think Sprint is on the way out or should be taken over by someone that can provide superior service as I think the top management people are only concened about profits not customer service

So I'm barely going into my 2nd month of my contract with Sprint and I regret it so much. I'm honestly about to say to hell with Sprint, their contract and find me another company who knows how to provide service properly. I'm not gonna pay hundreds of dollars a month for a service that I can't use whether I'm in a contract or not.

Sprint continues to offer excuses for their lack of coverage in this area. Stopped by the store, they stated 3 / 4 cell towers out. What kind of customer service is this? Fix the towers Sprint. Asked for a Airave, and the store refused to provide. Very unprofessional staff, poor people skills in dealing with customers.Not the way to run a business.
