T-Mobile
With T-Mobile's UMA (Wifi) calling... I can get reception anyway as long as there's wifi.. This is amazing

not too bad, except when the call drops and repeats that at least 7 times in a row like it did two weeks ago, had to switch to 2g to stop the dropped calls ;( my AT&T razr was awsome, not a dropped call, thats why I rated it good, its the damn iphone :(

Ive had T-Mobile for years now. Reception is great. Calls rarely dropped. Ocasionally I will get a new phone and the reception varies due to the phone but Nokia and HTC phones seem to be ok. Customer service is good.

Data speeds are awful, and 3G is inconsistent, cutting in and out. When 3G is switched off, EDGE sometimes performs OK, but sometimes I can't get any data access. Really, this is shameful performance. Dropped calls happen regularly, too.

This is ridiculous. I will insist on a refund of my contract.

I have 2-5 bars at home but I guaranteed dropped calls nearly 100% of the time. Dropped calls are reduced (not by much) when standing outside of my condo unit.

I just came back to the country and used to use US Cellular and I made the unfortunate mistake of switching to T-Mobile. I can't even believe they are considered one of the 'major' carriers! Their signal is very weak in a lot of places around downtown (I constantly get 'network busy' as if it's overloaded by all the offices in the loop) and in the suburbs. I am thinking about trying the Google phone to see if it's my Razr? I really wish I would have stuck with US Cellular when I got back. I had T-Mobile in Germany when I was there... and it was JUST AS BAD in their corporate home country!? I thought that was just because of the mountains and valleys... but apparently not!?

T-Mobile is the worst carrier I have ever had. Their reception and costomer service are horrible. It is worth paying the cancelation fee to switch to a more reliable carrier. I would not recommend this service to my worst enemy.

I've been with Verizon going on 7 years now and have not had a problem with reception due to the carrier. More times, it's been the phone manufacturer and the chipset for the given phone; I've been thru 6 now and the Motorola and Samsung phones have proven to be very reliable and hold high signals compared to others I've owned, especially LG models.

Two bars max. of five on my phone. Mostly weak signals all the time.
