Sprint by far is the WORST in cell and data. ALWAYS a "tower down" or "issue" and you are placated with people READING FROM A SCRIPT as far as customer service. I pay for UNLIMITED service and Im NOT getting it. I am however constantly reminded of what you have for sale and the fact you are merging with T Mobile. All l want expect and DEMAND is data service that works. Long story short your SERVICE PRODUCT AND CUSTOMER CARE SUCKS!

As soon as I enter my neighborhood around 63rd and Halsted, calls will drop. If I'm inside my house, I have to "chase" a signal, and will find myself inside the hallway. Even in my bedroom, near the window I get horrible reception. Additionally, I will rarely receive calls when I'm at home. Sprint service in this area is TRASH!

Ok reception but horrible customer service. They occasionally lose my bill even though I always send it in on time. They shut off my phone for up to a week, then charge me $50 to turn it back on again. It's hard to believe that it takes $50 worth of effort to turn my phone back on. At most, all they do is press one button. Rip off.

T-Mobile data plans are some what of a value but the network sucks and reception has been terrible lately, I'm really considering Verizon but they are more expensive.on a scale from one to ten I give T-Mobile a 4 and I'm being generous.

US CELLULAR has refused to address the reception issue in the area. They admit the new office buildings at 294 and Willow Rd. are blocking their cell tower and affecting reception to the residential areas. Calls drop repeatedly both in and out of our homes. In my case, after over 8 months of continued requests for help, they have told me it will cost me $262.00 to get out of my contract! What a joke! I have 5 lines with them and have been a customer for about 8 or 9 years! They should not charge me one penny and in fact, should send me a refund. They are pushing their "Belief" plan - believe what? Do not choose them - you will be sorry. Customer loyalty?

Glenview, IL: The two new office buildings at 294 and Willow Rd. have blocked the cell tower behind them. Reception to our area has been impacted severely and calls drop ALL day long, especially in my own home! I can usually sustain a longer call by standing in my garage with the overhead door open. Soooooooo frustrating! Fix it USCellular. I pay my bill - give me reception!

I rarely get reception inside my house (brick bungalow). I usually have to go outside or run upstairs to a window. My gf has a Nokia phone and has the same problems, although her phone is slightly better on average. I am just waiting for my contract to end so I can switch.
