Quickly uses up 25 gig on unlimited plan and then service gets cranked back until computer is dysfunctional. Rely on lte for cell phones at this point also.

I don't have much good signal

Moved here 6 years ago signal was fine. About 2 years in, signal went to crap. Can't get decent enough signal even with 2 bars showing, to connect to internet. Dr.a mile down the road, and it finally will hold connection and spotify will play. It stinks. My thoughts are if another carrier has towers in the area and better signal, why doesn’t the phone connect ? A new S10e set to global networks is supposed to work that way !

Had good reception until about 3 months ago and then went to 1, or at best, 2 bars always. This is not just me, but any friend / family in surrounding area with AT&T. Best I can gather from AT&T support is that they are upgrading to 5G and maintenance is possibly being done on towers; however, one rep said towers closest to my area are owned by Verizon and AT&T is piggy-backing off them. Poor service now could be because they are no longer allowed to piggy-back off Verizon. This is the most plausible explanation to me. Rep said if it is a tower maintenance / upgrade issue, possibly will improve in 6 months. Guess I'll wait a few more months, but if no improvement by then, I'll switch to company that actually owns a tower closest to me. Shame, I've been with AT&T 20+ years in this area and never had such poor service until now.

Never more than 2 bars outside my home on any given day. Have to stand near a window inside to make a call.

I moved here from Oregon. I went from complete coverage to no coverage. Having to go outside to get one bar is not acceptable for what I'm paying each month.

My service went downhill approximately 3 years ago I have been lied to by Verizon that I'm in a place where we have very good service which is not the case because I realized when the problem started so they must have lost a contract on a tower or something. I told them to just fix whatever it was that had changed at that time because my service was fine prior to whatever they did. It was just confirmed today by a lady at Verizon that yes they have dropped the ball on Paducah that they definitely do not have enough Towers and when I told her I was looking to switch and she said she totally understood.I've been with them for 11 years and have never been late on a single bill. I have constantly had to increase my data because my phone always drops a signal and I have to start over. Doing a task that should take 3 minutes takes 30 and I'm tired of it. I want to address this with Verizon and with the Better Business Bureau. After reading reviews it appears that there's problems with all providers. Our service is never going to get any better unless we stand together and go against the company.
