AT&T is the worst company with the worst service bar none. Me and my wife's cell phones drop calls all over the house, all over Florissant and the streaming is abysmal. Go with ANYONE else and I do mean anyone! If Radar from the show MASH could pedal a bicycle on a Korean War Era walkie talkie it would get better reception than anything AT&T has going in North County. Dreadful. Waste of money. They're frauds because when we complain and they come out, they always tell us "we see no problems!"

The ability to send or receive texts, phone calls, pictures, or stream music, or access internet on my phone is sporadic at best. This is ridiculous for 2020! It seems to have gotten worse in the last few months. So, phones and services have gone up exponentially in price, but cell reception is worse than ever! WTF?!

I only get 1 bar the majority of the time. Service is horrible. My calls are always dropped whether in my house, yard or street. Asked service center about it. Their recommendation? Buy a booster for $75. Say what?? I already pay you for the service, now I'd like to be able to use it! The AT&T rep told me the world is my oyster. That's all I needed to hear to switch from a provider that I've had for many years! Goodbye and good riddance, AT&T!

Cant recrive any calls. T-Mobile told me there is no tower in my area. Why they didnt say it when I bought the phone? It is in the middle of St. Louis. Shame

I have nothing but 3g for about four blocks it shows a full signal but I only get about 1 MBS if I'm lucky and but the ping is crazy high like 3000 but just down the street from me it jumps to the fastest internet I have ever seen for a cell phone at 100 MBS I didn't get ping info but I smack in the middle of Suburban St. Louis and it's ridiculous

Can't receive or make any calls in my house. T Mobile claims they have good service in our area. They guaranteed it when I left the store. Totally dissatisfied with coverage and customer service. I would not recommend T Mobile to anyone.
