Good service with AT&T almost anywhere I go in St. Louis. No problems. I have family with Sprint and T-Mobile and they seem to have horrible service. I've always heard Verizon was okay.

I have been a Sprint customer for 12 years but because of the money I pay every month. It has become very frustrating not able to receive or make calls because of very poor reception almost every I go in St. Louis Mo.

Before September 2014 the call reception was good. The data speeds were reliable though slow at times for 4g. After September 2014 something changed. The call reception became very bad, almost unable to use the phone as a phone. The data connection comes and goes. Sometimes there isn't any signal at all. Phone sometimes reads "E" or "G". While that is better than nothing at all, I signed up for and am paying for a 4g connection. I called customer service and technical support. They were nice and tried to be helpful however the problem continues. When I travel to other areas of St. Louis County my phone works perfectly with call reception and data speeds.

4G reception worked more or less okay for a few weeks from my home. Then no signal at all -- just me staring at no bars. Now I sometimes get one or two bars at home but with 3G service. Most days I get no service. When I call T-Mobile, they tell me that all is well -- no outages, excellent signal strength and no problems on their end. All in all, I've concluded that T-Mobile is entirely satisfied with providing third-world level service to metro St. Louis.

From the day I powered on my phone from T-Mobil, I had one or zero bars in my home. They tried doing a "signal boost"... which did nothing--total joke. I have dropped about 200 calls, I turn my phone off twice a day so my wi-fi calling connects properly, and now it doesn't even call out. I have made about 50 calls to customer service to improve the phone service and am in the process of trying to get out of my contract at no cost. I wrote a letter to corporate in New Mexico, and they sent a denial response to the wrong email address---I never received it! They told me to take advantage of wi-fi calling! They didn't even read my letter... I will not pay to carry around this 'rock' in my bag any longer, nor will I pay the $200 to be released from my contract. They said they see 2G-4G coverage on their map, and they are "working to improve coverage in my area." I asked if this meant I had to wait for new towers to be built and he said, unfortunately, yes. No thanks. This "phone" hasn't worked from day one. It doesn't receive texts with photos, the messaging takes a month to pull up, and it doesn't do the one thing it's supposed to do... make and receive calls.

Both ATT and T-Mobile have one bar and terrible coverage. T-Mobile sent me a booster, but it doesn't work. I use WI-FI when calling from home. Hate to go back to Verizon due to the high costs.

I am paying 90 Dollars a month for this service. To say its not acceptable for the price would be an understatement. Step your game up Sprint or you will have one less customer. I'm tired of fighting to even send out SMS text let alone making phone calls.
