Sprint is the BEST carrier. Right now, it even has the most money and they are putting in several new towers including 4G WiMAX and LTE. Sprint is the only carrier to actually have unlimited and good reception unlike T-Mobile. Get Sprint if you want great service.

I recently switched from AT&T to Verizon. With Verizon my call quality doesn't seem to be as good. Occasionally I can only hear every other word.

I can sometimes receive a signal but most times the phone shows no signal and on the signal strength display one bar and no display of 4G and sometimes as symbol of EDGE network, whatever that is.

Always have dropped calls in my house. I hate being on an important call and it drops. Even outside I have horrible reception. Sometimes I stand in the middle of the street to complete a call. Crazy I know! Who has better reception? Help!

Reception is HORRIBLE! We barely get 4g signals outside and it's non existant indoors. 3G is bearable but it too can result in failed calls. Sprint could install a tower between the McKnight and Clayton Rd exits along I-64.

I get good coverage most places around town, but there is a large pocket of neighborhoods near the Eagan Center in Florissant that are patchy at best. We live in the Mark Twain neighborhood and get TERRIBLE coverage inside our house--most calls are dropped. Our friends two streets away, but in the same neighborhood, also get very poor coverage inside their home.

In 8 years with US Cellular the only time I have dropped a call is when my phone powered down as the battery died. I have traveled in at least 30 of the 48 contigous states and have had so few problems I can not remember any.I work for ATT and carry a company phone also. US Cellular out performs the company phone everywhere I have carried devices with me.

Degraded service intermittently since Oct 2011 but last 4-6 weeks poor service is 80-90% of the time. Call failures, not receiving calls then delayed voicemail for days that indicate I even missed receiving a call even though my phone was on and next to me when the incoming call was placed. Hotspot does not work in IPhone, sierra wireless card stopped working this week... had to take into store to get new software installed same with IPhone which was completed over the phone by tech services... but this has not helped. My phone constantly has 1 sometimes 2 bars but cycles in and out of extended network ALL the time. Download upload speeds are poor but dropped of lack of network connections have been the norm for 2-3 weeks. Tech services have an open ticket but this company doesn't seem to grasp how bad their service is...
