LTE is two circles. 4 G is two circles. Data on either is slow. The map all around us shows good coverage. I happen to be in a pocket that shows less that good coverage. A tower is close. I I drive a block away in any direction I get full LTE.

Before September 2014 the call reception was good. The data speeds were reliable though slow at times for 4g. After September 2014 something changed. The call reception became very bad, almost unable to use the phone as a phone. The data connection comes and goes. Sometimes there isn't any signal at all. Phone sometimes reads "E" or "G". While that is better than nothing at all, I signed up for and am paying for a 4g connection. I called customer service and technical support. They were nice and tried to be helpful however the problem continues. When I travel to other areas of St. Louis County my phone works perfectly with call reception and data speeds.

The Sprint service sucks! Update your towers before selling a phone that can not utilize the LTE Network. What moron planned this. WIMAX 4G works on old smart phones. I am switching to Verizon... ..Get your act together SPRINT you fricking idiots!

It is horrible in the building any floor above 2. I did have a few bars in one spot on my desk but this week and last I have "no service" message due to tower supposedly being down. FIX THIS. Sprint just put up Signal boosters here... . why can't you? You will start to lose more business this way and need to keep up with your competition.

Good coverage, even inside the building on the ground floor. Recently switched from AT&T due to no signal here at work. Data speeds are respectable as well.

Only one or two bars in the middle of Clayton! Dropped calls all the time on AT&T.

Terrible reception in this neighborhood, inside and out, all within view of the AT&T building and tower.

Sprint is unbelievably bad in St. Louis. No signal whatsoever in my house which is less than a mile from Wash U. My S4 is completely useless at Busch Stadium. It's basically just a camera at games - unable to send texts with pictures, or do anything that requires an internet connection so most apps do NOT work at all - twitter, FB, email, app store - nothing. I work in Olivette and the reception is also bad here. Lots of dropped calls. If this was a personal phone, not a work phone, I would drop Sprint in a second. It is incredibly frustrating.

We all have TMobile and we all get HORRIBLE reception in our apt. It works maybe 50% of the time. Not good! Reception improves once I drive out of my neighborhood, off Midland toward Delmar.
