The ability to send or receive texts, phone calls, pictures, or stream music, or access internet on my phone is sporadic at best. This is ridiculous for 2020! It seems to have gotten worse in the last few months. So, phones and services have gone up exponentially in price, but cell reception is worse than ever! WTF?!

Cant recrive any calls. T-Mobile told me there is no tower in my area. Why they didnt say it when I bought the phone? It is in the middle of St. Louis. Shame

Can't receive or make any calls in my house. T Mobile claims they have good service in our area. They guaranteed it when I left the store. Totally dissatisfied with coverage and customer service. I would not recommend T Mobile to anyone.

The internet speed and connection on the other hand is an embarrassment. I've never endured such slow abysmal speeds in my life. I regularly get less than 1Mbps. The regular phone reception is good.

T-Mobile and AT&T are the carriers to have in North County. I have AT&T but have also tested the area on T-Mobile and they're building out at a fast pace. As it is they have more towers than AT&T in the area, and completely blow away Verizon. T-Mobile keeps getting better.

AT&T has some weak spots in neighborhoods but no dead zones in the area. Sure better than Verizon (no service whatsoever at my house)!

Since moving here I have dropped calls EVERYTHING TIME I use it. Either people start cutting out or I do. Bars will suddenly just drop, then calls drop. I have to talk to people on the Internet, not by cell. I have complained, but they won't FIX the towers or reception problems.
