very poor service in my area will dump Sprint as soon as possible it used to be much better but got worse after so-called improvements

AT&T was working on their system in this area. During the time they were performing their work and after they told me the work had been completed making phone calls and using data became almost impossible. My smartphone continued to work normally in other locations. I contacted AT&T, they tried to sell me a new phone with a new two year contract. I switched carriers.

How can we increase cellular service in this area it seems during normal peak hours are cellular speed drop dramatically. who is responsible for increasing our cellular service in this area?

I have been a Sprint customer for 12 years but because of the money I pay every month. It has become very frustrating not able to receive or make calls because of very poor reception almost every I go in St. Louis Mo.

Before September 2014 the call reception was good. The data speeds were reliable though slow at times for 4g. After September 2014 something changed. The call reception became very bad, almost unable to use the phone as a phone. The data connection comes and goes. Sometimes there isn't any signal at all. Phone sometimes reads "E" or "G". While that is better than nothing at all, I signed up for and am paying for a 4g connection. I called customer service and technical support. They were nice and tried to be helpful however the problem continues. When I travel to other areas of St. Louis County my phone works perfectly with call reception and data speeds.

I am paying 90 Dollars a month for this service. To say its not acceptable for the price would be an understatement. Step your game up Sprint or you will have one less customer. I'm tired of fighting to even send out SMS text let alone making phone calls.

hang in there guys. T-Mobile's signal and internet speeds will only get better as the network refarm(great news for unlocked phone users) and 4G LTE rollout progresses. download and run the Sensorly app to see your network coverage area from real users. T-Mobile 4G LTE is showing up now on all the major roads in st louis as of 9-17-13. also visit the tmonews website to keep up on the latest.

We have been AT&T users since 2006 and have taken a few road trips. We did experience dropped calls as well as no service. This mind you was on the road traveling through mountains, hills and occasional valleys. We have not seriously been without service just a few minor interruptions. My beef with AT&T is the pricing. They offer special pricing for new customers but raise the rate on long term customers, stating we do not qualify as we are not new customers.

Only one or two bars in the middle of Clayton! Dropped calls all the time on AT&T.

I been with T-Mobile for a while had good times now having bad times signal strength is going down internet poor have unli mited data load time use to be fast now poor, calls drop on average 2 to 3 bars with all the money we pay for service you think these company's would do something with cell and data reception in the ares that are getting quality reception everyone should have perfect reception and that goes for all cell carrier's.
