Sprint is simply BAD in St. Louis. Call reception is OK, data is TERRIBLE. Sprint 4g is a joke. It should not take longer to load a video than the video actually is... 5 minutes on a 1:30 video is unacceptable. Switching my service.

I've had T Mobile for over 5 years with excellent reception in Nrth Cnty, but I moved 5 months ago to U City and reception is spotty from room to room, but reception is strong outside.

I get pretty good reception in my office in STL. Only two bars inside but usually 3 or 4 bars outside. I'm on the 3rd floor so its not like I'm in the basement or anything.

Just moved in my new apartment and got almost no service at home at all. There is some reception sporadically but never consistent. Complained to the customer service but not sure whether they will boost the signal.

Many times I can't connect with outgoing or incoming calls and have to move to a new location and try again. Or it rings and is answered, and then suddenly - silence! I am only a block or two from the ATT tower - is it possible to be too close and some building blocks it?

Service has been very very good, both locally and traveling. Now that my 4 year old phone has died, I'm finding the T-Mobile choices in phone models to be lacking.

I usually have poor or no reception. If my phone is in my pocket or if I'm in a building the chances of having a signal are slim. Phone only goes to 3G mode about half the time. Download speeds are horrendeous, about 1 / 20th of what they should be.

I get great service in this area. Even in doors. Samsungs are known to pick up horrible service. I love Verizon. The 3G is fast too.
