When we returned in April after being in Texas for 4 months, we can no longer make or receive calls from our home or from anywhere in the central part of Prairie Village, KS. (It had only been fair before we left) Texting is the only way we can communicate. We have talked with the local store reps - they say they have nothing to do with reception, but replaced our sim cards. Tried their internet site and got a computer generated runaround. Talked (from our front yard) with one national agent who accessed our phones and said it was all fixed - it wasn't. I think that they did something to the towers when setting up 5G. We get reception from towers along the nearby interstate highways, east at State Line, west at Metcalf, north at Shawnee Mission Pkwy. and south at 95th, but not here at or near our home or business district. Verizon sucks here, Help.

When I moved into my home, I had 5g I didn't get any service, bars, and a call was impossible. So I called Metro switched back to 4g and I was happy to know my service improved drastically, they also switched me to a closer tower. My data stalls a bit but that doesn't bother me much. I often had trouble streaming so I removed the 5g from my tv / internet service as well. I don't think 5g is ready for us. So if it's not broke I try not to fix it. 4g is alright with me🌹

I rarely have more than 2 bars day or night. My internet goes in and out quiet frequently. Even with a Verizon Extender, I still have very poor reception. My new IPhone frequently drops calls and I have a very irritating echo, repeating every word I speak, during telephone conversations.

I currently have Visible. I am unlimited data. If I use my Wi-Fi it will give me a no service message. My signal strength in my basement is -119. When I go outside its -103. I have a new phone. When I had metro PCS. It was about the same. Horrible issues.

Got boost mobile. Signal strength sucks. Internet speed extremely slow. Paying 60.00 a month for this crap. Had T- mobile..same thing. Customer service told me to a different location... screw that. If I and others are paying for service then we as customers should get what we pay for.

The data connection is slow / non-existent most of the time. My iPhone 7 bounces between 3G-roaming-LTE-1x-nothing... all the time. Texts take forever to send and forget about sending any pics. I have to hold my phone above my head, stand on one foot and touch my nose to get most texts to send. Video? Ha. Such a disappointment for a hometown company.

I get great Verizon service outside of the city but within downtown Kansas City the reception is horrible. Sending a single text (no pics) takes several minutes and when on the phone calls drop all the time. I know its not my phone because it works great when I get out of the city.
