Cricket
Cricket's reception has always been mediocre but acceptable for the cost. The problem has become customer service. I ordered a new phone and a new service, online. The web page continually complained that my mailing address didnt match the credit card's listed address (which is incorrect - they match) In the morning, I had six separate charges for $72.27. ($433.62). The bank couldn't stop the charges and Cricket wouldn't do it faster than 72 hours. I cancelled the entire order - three days later.

Very poor or no Sprint reception in this neighborhood both in and outside of our home. Phone calls and texts are consistently not received or sent, and phone constantly switches from 3G to roaming(!) with no 4G / LTE coverage whatsoever. Sprint charges are the lowest in price for unlimited data but we are probably switching to Verizon since we need more consistent (read: usable) phone service coverage. What's the point in paying a phone bill if the phone doesn't work most of the time? Very disappointing, especially for a hometown company. We'd like to stay with them but it just isn't worth it anymore.

Sprint has improved a lot since I last had their service. I recently switched from Verizon due to my bill being so high and decided to give Sprint another chance, especially since they have unlimited data and Verizon does not. The data speeds are so much faster than Verizon's. I'm able to hold a connection without frequent pauses and buffering. The only issue I have with Sprint is that sometimes when I'm on my phone in the house, the person on the other end cannot hear me. The only thing I miss about Verizon is its integrated messaging and the ability to suspend my service.

I get about three bars inside my home. Voice and messaging is great but my only issue is their 3G and LTE. LTE takes forever to load YouTube videos and my Spotify or Pandora radio. They're also the MOST expensive carrier and my bill has gone up twice since being with them.

I just switched to T Mobile from a cheap gas station phone. I use my phone for work and drive a lot. There are a lot of deadspots in kc. I got a flat and couldnt even call for help right off I70. You have to connect to wi fi to make calls a lot but cant because everyone locks their wi fi. So you are stuck in a major city with NO Service. I chose T Mobile because I was under the impression they were affordable with good coverage. When I had them 10 years ago I never had any problems and drove everywhere around the city. I have to keep money on my cheap gas station phone to use when my TMobile phone isnt getting service. I am going to switch soon. Only been with them a month this time.

The service and reception is outstanding. I have never dropped a call in the Kansas City area or any place we have traveled. I think the charges are too high but than I guess you get what you pay for. Very happy with Verizon

Rarely have 4G. My phone doesn't have service when my non-Sprint friend's phones do. Don't even think about using your Sprint phone at a Chiefs game. Phone calls are fine in the city but don't expect to have coverage approximately half the time on a road trip to CO, or 75% of the time in Pensacola, FL area. Small-town Louisiana? Don't bother bringing your phone unless using it as a paperweight for your telegraph messages - because that's the only way you're communicating down there.

Verizon service is good, monthly bill is HIGH. TOO HIGH! May try another carrier just to save money. Been with Verizon for about nine years.

I get pretty good reception even inside the house which I never got with Sprint. I am retired from AT&T and was considering switching because I can get a major discount but I would rather pay more to get better service and from the reviews, that isn't possible with AT&T at least in this area.
