Poor reception experienced with both Verizon and Sprint. Seem locked out of good reception. Need to know carrier and tower nearest our location.

I have used Cricket for more than 7 years I've been able to use it almost everywhere... I've been in Iowa Nebraska,Virginia, Kansas,Oklahoma Missouri, Nevada Arizona and all points in between driving there's only been a few places here and there that I have not had service... I know exactly what I'm paying every month... . I found even in the middle of nowhere and doo dah Kansas I have had service... ... I used AT&T once and found myself without service in a lot of areas a lot of people balk at Cricket but I have never had bad service with them... .

Tmobile offers cut rate deals over other carriers. However, their reception is spotty at best. There are 3 towers near my work place and I may or may not get enough of a signal to listen to Pandora while I work. It all depends on where I am standing in the building. I liked Verizon much better. I could get a signal almost anywhere. Can't say the same about Tmobile, though. As soon as you leave a large town / city, signal reception tanks. Heaven help you if you are stranded somewhere.

I have just joined Metro PCS, which is said to use T-Mobile's network. Only one room in my house gets more than 1 bar, goes to no service in the basement. Same issue in various parts of town. Even have signal difficulty in the Harry and Hillside store. Hoping that the new tower going up here at Sunnyside will include T-Mobile or I'm going to have to reconsider. Low cost... But I'm also getting low service.

Cell and data is subpar. Dropped calls are common. AT&T customer service is in two words, atrocious and degrading.

I have no service and poor reception. Have only had AT&T service for 2 days. Kids can't even call me my phone does not ring. Sitting in then east parking lot poor reception, Talking to AT&T rep and he can't hear me. Poor poor service all over Wichita.

I recently switched from Sprint to AT&T. They told me my signal would be the same or better. Not even close. This is the worst coverage that I have had since bag phones were in cars. The best I ever get is only 1 bar in my home. Will never make this mistake again and will advise everyone else to do the same.
