Today I drove 1 / 2 mile south and 1 / 2 east of my property and finally got a signal, so I could return and make calls to and from my doctors office. This is just worst, I will be canceling and go back to a land line,Was this review helpful to you?
Most awful f'ing cell service that vI have had the displeasure of experiencing. I PAY for 5g internet service oh and that silly stuff they call PHONE CALLS or OUTBOUND CALLS. I guesstimate, I receive 5 / 10 phone calls, outbound calls 4 / 10. I NEVER can use the internet in this god forsaken town of Mulvane, Ks. After contacting T- mobile and being told that Mulvane is " so far behind" on tower service, its maddening that they bother a " customer" to bump up their gig service only as the customer, there are NEVER any gigs to use. Im moving on to an owl, paper notes and happiness. Cheaper, by far more reliable, oh and owls don't lie. Please don't take my statistics as merely annoyed, ITS true. New provider. Was this review helpful to you?
Best damn phone service been with them for 8 years without a hiccupWas this review helpful to you?
Terrible service / coverage. Terrible customer service. I would NOT recommend this service to anyone. They will lie to your face. You do not get anywhere on the phone with customer service or face to face inside the Sprint stores. Was this review helpful to you?
Here's the deal we use to be with AT&T two cell phones 1-2 gigs for one phone and 300 mb of data for another cost us 200 dollars a month on top of $500 just to leave... ridiculous! But we left anyways and tried out T-Mobile and I love their deals and incentives but I'm so happy we did not get sucked into it and kept our phones. We wanted to pay $80 dollars a month that's it but they swore we should try their 3 gb per line deal and the bill would have been $80 dollars but no we ended up paying $130 dollars (not to mention crappy customer service, crappy cell coverage, dropped calls, lagging messages, etc.) So we left and then 6 months ago we found the holy grail of cell phone providers, cricket. No overage charges and for two phones $80 for very reliable and fast service. The issue now is phones that are slowing down due to age and becoming more and more obsolete. Here's your issue if you want new phones every two years you have to buy the phone completely out right to get it which isn't cheap at all. However, if you find a cheap phone this company will be perfect. Was this review helpful to you?
T-Mobile's reception in "rural" area outside of Valley Center is practically non-existent. We have dropped calls all the time, and extremely poor reception. We've tried a signal booster, but it made absolutely no difference at all. T-Mobile is well aware of the issue, but doesn't seem to care. Also, watch and make sure they don't extend your contract without your knowledge. ANY change to your service and that's exactly what they do, but they'll never tell you they've done that. Was this review helpful to you?
I switch from ATnT to Springt after many years of service. I would give ATnt 4 stars, but Sprint is the absolute worst for coverage. I have now been with Verizon for 2 years, and the additional cost is well worth it. I run a business with this phone, and it never skips a beat. I constantly received voicemails from calls I never received with Sprint. Now, inside a metal building, always good with Verizon. Was this review helpful to you?
I pay an arm and a leg for this service... I have a Samsung galaxy s5, and I rarely have more than 2 bars of service... So glad my expensive a**phone constantly gets data errors, and voice mails for calls I never got, and texts that sometimes come our go right away, and sometimes take 10 or 15 mins... very disappointed... I had better service and data, with NO OVERAGES with cricket, even in three years prior to the merge with AT&T... going back, or somewhere else... just have to figure out who I can being my current phone to, as soon as I know, I'm gone! Was this review helpful to you?
Service is OK; I had Verizon and their renewal and cell bill was sky high. Both companies have the same reception at home. T-Mobile adds Wi-Fi that is a real advantage. Cant beat that for free !Was this review helpful to you?
