4G lte service is horrible. Most times get 1or 2 bars. Rarely get 3 bars. Missing phone calls and texts arrive minutes to hours later than the time they were sent.

Piss poor service. If you go in a building you're not getting service. What a pathetic excuse for a company. They have pulled most of their towers from Kansas and pay leases on other towers and as far as I am concerned, breached my contract. I wouldn't piss on Sprint if it were on fire.

Sprint service sucks in Wichita and Sprint will lie to you and make you waste time taking your phone to a store for a once over when they know it's their service. 10 times faster than 3G is a lie in wichita. I get less than a mega byte on LTE. It's fraud

Three weeks ago we lost total contact on West Central past West Street, No BARS. Att could care less. Changing April first. These guys do not want to fix the problem. 5 I phones, bundle and all. Poor business practices, stay away... .

Sprint has gone downhill fast in the last 2 years. Constantly dropping calls throughout Wichita, little to no reception outside Wichita. Data signal is even worse. Customer service is non existent unless you want to hear a bunch of lies and BS. You may as well have a Cricket phone. The reason Sprint can offer unlimited data is because the coverage sucks so bad you will never find enough signal to use much data.

terrible reception from the tower, phone battery drains quickly due to poor tower signal. Have tried to replace the phone with Sprint to see if things improve. Have been lied to by management numerous times. Not only do they have terrible tower signal, they have some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Cox runs a close 2nd place.

Every call I have been on today has been dropped unexpectedly. This has been true for local calls (from Wichita) and other calls (California). I have updated service on the phone itself and that has not helped (##873283#). I have an iPhone 4. Very frustrated with Sprint coverage.

Sprint says they share a tower just east of Douglass, but technicians we spoke to say they can't get it to work. Have been with Sprint for 8 years here. Sprint continues to say they are working on it and it will get better, it has only gotten worse. I won't even bother answering a call because it WILL drop, have gotten by using text while in Douglass.

I've been here on the east side visiting my parents and interviewing for positions in Wichita for over a week now. I've never seen more than 2 bars, the signal quality is terrible, missed and dropped calls, text messages delivered an hour later, and no coverage at all in my parents house. I live in south Texas, right on the border of Mexico and we have great coverage. I work and travel in Mexico almost every day and I've never had a problem there. It's really sad that an American company can't match a third world country in terms of signal strength and call quality. My family has 4 iPhone 5s on the AT&T network and have used them for over 15 years and never had this many problems anywhere else in the USA or the world.

It's the cheapest service for a reason, you get what you pay for. Terrible reception, terrible customer service, terrible company. Regret signing up for a contract with this joke of a carrier.
