Sprint is horrible, and right now... I have limited coverage on the East side of Wichita, but ZERO reception on the West Side. WTF!?

Dropped calls, phone will not ring just goes to voicemail. No 4G, and 3G never works, wont get text until the next day then I will get 1-20 or more that had been sent the day before. I use my phone for work and since I wont get calls or text's it has caused me to lose client which means money, maybe I should send Sprint a bill every month for costing me money. Sprint seems to be going down hill. Time to start looking for another company, I have been with Sprint since 1994.

I have been with Sprint for going on 8 years now and it has only gone down hill. Not only the service on the phone but they find ways to raise your bill every month. I am here trying to find the best provider, I am so done with sprint, I will pay my $400 to get away from them, yes $400, it was only $200 when I first signed up all those years ago, Sprint is a joke and I hope everyone figures it out and makes them go bankrupt!

I have been living here for several years now. And I have never had service issues this bad before. Sprint Cell service in Haysville, KS for 2012 is a JOKE. And customer service doesn't care.

Sprint used to provide excellent service here in the country. Then all of a sudden about 4 years ago, the service in this area dramatically delined. Dropped calls. Phone just won't ring at all [they have to call on landline]. AirCard for internet is worthless.
