Coverage is bad. Drops call. I have to go outside to make calls. Internet Speeds are slow. Not worth the headache. Looking at switching services now.

had great reception and no complaints with calling or texting until about 4 weeks ago. Cannot call or receive calls without severe static, making it impossible to understand a conversation. What happened to the service in Goddard? Have been to T-Mobile several times asking why all of a sudden we cannot make or receive calls.

I have been living here for several years now. And I have never had service issues this bad before. Sprint Cell service in Haysville, KS for 2012 is a JOKE. And customer service doesn't care.

I work in downtown Wichita. My cellphone reception is normally 3 bars or better, but my data quality is horrible. I consistently get network errors for iheartradio and other data apps. I don't even bother most times, because I know that I won't be able to connect. Really, ATT? Downtown?
