Sprint has gone downhill fast in the last 2 years. Constantly dropping calls throughout Wichita, little to no reception outside Wichita. Data signal is even worse. Customer service is non existent unless you want to hear a bunch of lies and BS. You may as well have a Cricket phone. The reason Sprint can offer unlimited data is because the coverage sucks so bad you will never find enough signal to use much data.

Intermittent signal, data slow. Text and phone usually fair, but texts sometimes delayed and internet is slow or non-existent. Outside of Wichita, in rural areas, it is a joke to expect any service on a continual basis.

terrible reception from the tower, phone battery drains quickly due to poor tower signal. Have tried to replace the phone with Sprint to see if things improve. Have been lied to by management numerous times. Not only do they have terrible tower signal, they have some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Cox runs a close 2nd place.

I've been here on the east side visiting my parents and interviewing for positions in Wichita for over a week now. I've never seen more than 2 bars, the signal quality is terrible, missed and dropped calls, text messages delivered an hour later, and no coverage at all in my parents house. I live in south Texas, right on the border of Mexico and we have great coverage. I work and travel in Mexico almost every day and I've never had a problem there. It's really sad that an American company can't match a third world country in terms of signal strength and call quality. My family has 4 iPhone 5s on the AT&T network and have used them for over 15 years and never had this many problems anywhere else in the USA or the world.

I live in BelAire and work on the northwest side of Wichita and get horrible service with T-Mobile both places. Constantly drop calls, have static and have to call people back from land lines. Whats the point ofrhe cell phone? Customer serivce just says they'll send someone back to check the tower. No difference. My guy with Verizon comes by and has perfectservice. Screw the T-Mobile contract gotta get out of it!

Usually I may have bars, but if it's at a heavy usage time, like evening drive, it's nearly impossible to make a call because all the cells are busy. AT&T coverage stinks. I can't believe they have so few towers. When my contract is up I am switching to Verizon for sure!

I have taken my phone back 3 times as it doesn' work at my apt. nor do my friends phones with Sprint service. I was offered a peice of equipment to boost my signal but I would need cable internet to use it. Now, I ask you... why would I want to spend more money to make a service and phone that was sold to me work? I have wifi from Verizon and no problem at all. I should be able to get out of my contract.
