I switch from ATnT to Springt after many years of service. I would give ATnt 4 stars, but Sprint is the absolute worst for coverage. I have now been with Verizon for 2 years, and the additional cost is well worth it. I run a business with this phone, and it never skips a beat. I constantly received voicemails from calls I never received with Sprint. Now, inside a metal building, always good with Verizon.

I pay an arm and a leg for this service... I have a Samsung galaxy s5, and I rarely have more than 2 bars of service... So glad my expensive a**phone constantly gets data errors, and voice mails for calls I never got, and texts that sometimes come our go right away, and sometimes take 10 or 15 mins... very disappointed... I had better service and data, with NO OVERAGES with cricket, even in three years prior to the merge with AT&T... going back, or somewhere else... just have to figure out who I can being my current phone to, as soon as I know, I'm gone!

Service is OK; I had Verizon and their renewal and cell bill was sky high. Both companies have the same reception at home. T-Mobile adds Wi-Fi that is a real advantage. Cant beat that for free !

4G lte service is horrible. Most times get 1or 2 bars. Rarely get 3 bars. Missing phone calls and texts arrive minutes to hours later than the time they were sent.

Piss poor service. If you go in a building you're not getting service. What a pathetic excuse for a company. They have pulled most of their towers from Kansas and pay leases on other towers and as far as I am concerned, breached my contract. I wouldn't piss on Sprint if it were on fire.

Sprint service sucks in Wichita and Sprint will lie to you and make you waste time taking your phone to a store for a once over when they know it's their service. 10 times faster than 3G is a lie in wichita. I get less than a mega byte on LTE. It's fraud

Three weeks ago we lost total contact on West Central past West Street, No BARS. Att could care less. Changing April first. These guys do not want to fix the problem. 5 I phones, bundle and all. Poor business practices, stay away... .

Sprint has gone downhill fast in the last 2 years. Constantly dropping calls throughout Wichita, little to no reception outside Wichita. Data signal is even worse. Customer service is non existent unless you want to hear a bunch of lies and BS. You may as well have a Cricket phone. The reason Sprint can offer unlimited data is because the coverage sucks so bad you will never find enough signal to use much data.

Intermittent signal, data slow. Text and phone usually fair, but texts sometimes delayed and internet is slow or non-existent. Outside of Wichita, in rural areas, it is a joke to expect any service on a continual basis.
